If someone gets offended and leaves the list, they must have pretty thin skin!

Nice work Carl, I bought a couple from Mike a while ago and now I know where to get more when I need them.

Not trying to stoke this fire at all, But I sent you an email myself back in November (IIRC) about the windage system, and never got a reply back. Perhaps there is a bit of an electronic communication error going on here.

I purposely ignore all my emails....sorry.

But now, Carl sells it!

I'll try and find your email and forward it to Carl.

No. Now, that's really nice! Correct hardware. Nice spacing. Rod ends not in a bind...doesn't get much better than that!

Carl makes a sway bar kit that fits like a glove, too!

WOW this became a train wreck quickly.....

On too fast's ?? by lowering the sump down you create an additional 3/8th" clearance between the crank and the oil level...typically this space is also used to add windage trays-oil controls.....since the pan is now 3/8th lower the dipstick would need to be recalibrated for the additonal 3/8th inch + whatever effect the dipstick angle does

Yes, you don't want MORE oil back to where it was. You keep the same oil amount so its not as close.

Mike Simard. http://www.simardracing.com/CarBuildBlog.html

I gave you that link specifically because the link to the car build is dead on the main page.
