Default Norcal Lemons survives 1st track day!! RACE REPORT

Well the 1984 Norcal Lemons 928 survived its 1st trackday....yes there was a few issues with "leaks"....but other than that it performed quite nicely....after I recruited a hotshoe to do some testing....we managed a "Lemons Record" 2:14.07 over the top at Thunderhill....in an 84 automatic with open diff (fun but not fast) on 225/50-16 street tires on stock rims...did I mention the brake pads were STOCK and just about GONE....less than 1/4"

My best was a 2:19...but at least now I have a target to aim for...however I am confident my chosen "hot shoes" on our Lemons team can attain similar lap times....

What I can see looks good. Post some more pics of it please. I'd love to seeit all. I have been elected to build the cage for our delayed Lemons 928 and I've never built a cage before. I'm all ears (eyes).

That is one ugly car!

The interior looks pretty nice though.

Good job guys!

Finishing it by closing it in will worsen drag. The rear is TOO big and will suck unless you give it a decent taper.

So, what is the point of the "estate" mod... planning to install a hot tub?
