Louie,
I didn't get a chance to talk to you much, but I was the one asking you about the X-pipe Saturday evening.
Please PM me your address. You, Paul Champagne, and about 10 OCIC organizers will be receiving a DVD at no charge.
Unfortunately I didn't get video of your car on the dyno. When I arrived mid afternoon at the dyno, people were still noticably shaken by the experience, and tall tales were being told of how they had to use dozens of straps to hold the beast in place.

I just now got the chance to watch all of the compiled video. Well done guys, well done. I had to miss a lot of what was going on from doing other things and this really brings it to me. Thank you very much.

It was great to be around the 928 bretheren, again!
I wish there had been more time to recover from the road trip, hang out more, and talk more with everyone. Decided the reward points at the Hilton were not worth being away from all the action at the Sheraton!
It was great to see old friends, again, and meet some folks in person for the first time.
My (mostly unworthy!) pics are here:

Thank you to Paul Champagne for getting the door insert panels done, despite the full schedule prior to the convention. The panels are beautiful on the car - now I need to complement them further.., and I wish I hadn't seen Marc White's additional Pascha accents....!!!
Thank you to Louie for sitting and talking with me a bit about my motor.
Thank you to Stan for enjoying the ride![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
And thank you to everyone for more 928 inspirations!

DVD's went out today. Still trying to track down a few addresses for OCIC organizers but if you ordered a DVD, it went out today.
Just to set expectations a bit, this is a low overhead effort in an attempt to keep the price down and be able to provide DVDs to 10+ organizers and presenters at no charge. So don't expect any fancy padded envelopes, glossy color inserts or cases. It's mainly an effort to get the disc to you in one peice. If it arrives in more than one peice, shoot me an email and we'll try again.

The DFW OCIC 2009 event, in my opinion it was a huge success. We had 66 928's inside the air conditioned convention center, with 2 outside. While some of the cars needed some restoration, the majority of the 928's were in "Concours" condition. One turbo charged car, 3 each 6.5L strokers and 6 supercharged cars of various iterations plus one track car. We had approximately 130 attendees from 16 states (including Hawaii) and 2 countries (USA and Australia). We had 7 vendors on site, gave demos on leather recovering of seats, the Sharktuner, fender rolling, paintless dent repair and detailing. We signed up 8 new members for the 928 Owners Club and sold out of T-shirts. Every registrar in attendance (but not the guests) went home with a door prize. The dyno day completed 13 cars for at least 2 runs each for a very economical price of $30.00, of which 66% was donated to charity. Untold gallons (yes gallons) of alcohol were consumed and most lost lots of sleep due to late night gatherings. ![Cheers](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/beerchug.gif)
If you didn't get the chance to attend, you owe it to yourself to attend the next one. Better yet someone, somewhere, needs to step up and volunteer to do the next one. The DFW crew will share all our experience including the mistakes we made and what we could have done better.

You didn't make any mistakes, Jim. It was a great event in every way, and everyone responsible for making it happen deserves a ton of "thanks" from all of us who were fortunate enough to attend. A super time and a super event. Re-ignited the fire for me.
