James,
No second shirt order at the moment - sorry.
I do not even know if it is possible to get more without a large order.
928 OC bought the shirts as part of the sponsorship.

That's the kind of fellowship and support that make this such a great group. They'll give you the shirt off their back...

I'm thinking that we need to offer limited-edition, maybe ten or twenty only, embroidered event golf shirts for a premium to help defray the other operating expenses of these events. Not quite in the same league as the watches cost-wise. Maybe for Sharktoberfest. When we did the first (only...) batch of SoCal928 golf shirts we ordered some very plush gold metallic thread for the embroidery. Idea was that it would look good on almost any color shirt. We did both black and white, but could easily add burgundy, reds, blues. Might be time for another run soon if I can get home long enough to get the artwork and stuff worked out. I saw the car for a da over the weekend, cleaned it and drove it a little, then covered it again for the week. Back to rental cars again.

For those of you with high bandwidth internet connections, Don Carter was kind enough to upload his HD content to RennTube for your consumption. The video is far too large [and high quality] to stream directly via flash, so you'll need to download the video directly to your local machine before you watch it.
!BE AWARE!, its 829MB of HD goodness. Be patient while downloading. Please download it only once. Bandwidth is expensive. 829MB x N_Users will certainly get the attention of the RennTube host.
He's also been kind enough to relocate the panoramic shots of the show floor to RennTube as well. Due to their wide format, they can also be found on the following link.
To download, right click and select "Save-As".
[Note: 829MB on a 6Mbps DSL connection requires ~45 minutes]

This is one of the most beautiful 928 I have ever seen and I have seen many rare colored 928 at the Porsche factory. I wish I could take pictures of those 928s but the factory tour guide specifically warned us not to take any pictures of cars inside the complex except at new car storage area. For some reason, many of the 928s I saw at the factory had magenta full leather interiors regardless of colors. There was a Speed Yellow GTS at the employee's parking lot that also had a magenta interior. Must be a Porsche thing.
Thanks for such beautiful pictures.

Looking for an update on red OCIC shirts... Any word on those? I didn't get one (you snooze you lose!) and would like to buy some extras at any rate.
I need 3XL and 2XXL if possible!
Thanks guys! I am still buzzing from the event and that was 6 weeks ago I guess now! Seems like yesterday!

This is by way of a postscript to the very successful 928OCIC event in Dallas.
Some of you may know that at that event I was nominated for a “Special Recognition Award” for the SharkTuner project. In fact this recognition is shared between myself and Niklas Kampe.
In general I dealt with the hardware and Niklas the software. The hardware side included creating circuit diagrams for the LH and EZK ECUs from scratch (no publicly available diagrams made available by Bosch); design and production of the SharkTuner hardware; many hours of testing and refining the end product.
The software part of the project not only entailed the writing of the SharkTuner specific software programs, but more significantly the decompiling of the LH and EZK ECU software – a very involved task as no information from Bosch. Without Niklas’ dedication and expertise this project would never has succeeded.
In all, many hundreds of hours work altogether, over a five year timescale. We are pleased that the SharkTuner has proved to be a very useful tool to the 928 community !
We would also like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the significant contribution made by Louie Ott, who gave his extensive knowledge and perceptive analysis to the project, as well as evaluation the end product and suggesting improvements.
Also thanks to Chris Ford, who shared his LH circuit diagram with us.
So, many thanks to the 928OC and Jim Mayzurk and Roger Tyson in particular for according us this honour. I am sorry that I was not able to attend the event in person, but was there in spirit !

Thanks for your kind comments. Sometimes I thought I was more like a thorn in your side. Heh, heh. It is great to see and use the finished product.
