Norcal 928 Funride - August 16

Time for some exercise!

Join us for another trip down Mines Road and Del Puerto Canyon on Saturday, August 16. We'll be brunching at the Diablo Grande Country Club. It's very nice and surprisingly not very expensive. After that, we will return via Tesla Road back to Livermore.

08/04 - UPDATE TO ROUTE: Same meeting place and time, given below. However, we will reverse the route, heading out Tesla to I-5S to Del Puerto Canyon to Mines and back to Livermore for lunch a Magoo's Pizza.

We will meet at 9 am at the Starbucks (closed or not) at:

223 South Vasco Road (Las Positas at Vasco)
Livermore, California 94550

If I was there I'd join, but I have plans to spend that weekend racing in the Swedish Ginetta Cup series.

This is the weekend before the Pony Express. I'll have to see how things are going
with the car. I've still got a lot of things on the list to take care of before the race.

Bill, I think the Restaurant is closed.

There are some spot's at Sperry and I 5 that might be good. I can check 'em out if you like.

I'd love to come Bill - I still haven't made it to a NorCal event since moving back to Sacramento. Unfortunately I will be in Reno that weekend

Next time for sure - now I just have to get at least one of the 928's put back together!

Charley is checking out eats. We have the basic route, as noted in the first post (Mines, Del Puerto, I-5N to Tesla), but there is a suggestion to change it. Stay tuned. I haven't sent out an official notice to the membership but will in the next day with the final route, meeting place and time.
