Me no want boost.
Have enough trouble staying outta jail with the stock NA power.
Don't want to lose license for many months. But that's just me and my indisgression of the right foot.

The PDF in Image form.

Hope to see a RMT car in the flesh some day. I think it's cool if the lag is not too intrusive.

lag....400 ft-lbs at 3500 rpm...lol...no lag there BTW..he ran out of juice using the 42lb inj ....I think somewhere around 4500 rpm or 5000 rpm the inj were 100% duty cycle..and was going lean fast...I think those 72 lb'ers that Brendan was talking about might be needed

This is amazing.
I went ahead and started a new thread with the dynochart just because this thread covers a lot of issues beyond the original post. I figure a 600+rwhp dynograph has got to be worthy of its own thread. Is this the highest dyno for a stock blocked 928?

JT,

How much boost are you running and do you have a before dyno readout? Those are great numbers!

Isn't 600+hp more than an autobox can handle?

Looking for the thread that Adam started... I dont see it?
Maybe 600 was too much HP for a thread of its own

It would appear so...

Perhaps RV has a 700hp minimum thread topic limit?
(It was there last night guys, honest)

He was running 14lbs of boost on the 612 hp run. He also did some pulls at 7 lbs and those numbers look really good too. I think eventually his goal is to set the car up at 10 to 11 lbs and then start enjoying the car...

Just for the record..JT's block is not stock per se...it was built to 9:1 cr and has had the bores nikasiled. The pistons are from Ross if I remember correctly and the bore is about as close to stock 100mm as you can get with off the shelf pistons (101mm). Other than that..stock head, intake exhaust manifolds etc...running stock brains with the help of JDS sharktuner..yada yada yada...

Go JT!

What's the correction? SAE, STD, STP? AFAIK, Dyno Dynamics (without a DJ conversion factor) show lower than Dynojet.

Whatever the dyno, it's in the top two on 'the list'.

Scary thing is, he left 750rpm on the table.
Correct on the rods and pistons, they are Oliver/Ross (101.6mm). But the block is still stock, no deck plates, stud girdles, etc., just eight free standing cylider towers shimmying their way up to 600hp.

Unfortunately JT, you voided your warranty once you crossed the 3500rpm barrier.

Yikes, didn't see Todd's post at 663hp, I take it all back.
928's launching into 600hp territory? AWESOME.

There's a list?.........cool....The dynomometer was corrected but will check on the standard but it generally is closer to the Mustang dyno's, this is also a automatic, geez I left rpm's on the table, it was actually 15lbs boost (don't tell Adam)....at 4700rpm I started going lean and hit 13.6 AFR at about 5750rpm and backed off.....42# injectors went 100% plus at 14#'s and so......with a little bigger injector, hmmm

so there must be a calculator for conversions.....who can do this for me?....or do I have to go find a dyno jet?
