JT,
Your gain is great for the amount of boost you are running. Ideally, one bar (14.5 psi) should double your HP. Upping your boost to 7.25 psi (.5 bar) should give you 405 hp as long as the heat is managed and you don't run out of fuel. Have you decided what level of boost you are going to run?

The recent result is their base kit...stock S4 with AT....running a 5 pound spring...so..stage 1 if you will 380 hp...(dyno pac..not dyno jet..add 10 % to get approximate dynojet #s)...I believe stage II is going to be 8 to 10 psi..and stage III will be 14 or 15..but not sure if he wants that on a stock motor... Good numbers JT....and Chuck...

Pressurizing the intake makes the flappy useless since there are no more resonance waves, just pressure. In fact, on turbo cars the shorter the intake runners the better. Notice that NA 993's have VarioRam but the 993TT does not.

Ah, now that makes sense. The pressure complete negates the purpose of having that extra butterfly.

I just noticed that too. Is the flappy even functioning????

The car itself liked to run a little richer (some varience on the ST AFR vs the Dynopac AFR due to location), but in the mid-four thousand range it tops out a bit, but the AFR is dropped into the low 11's - high 10's (on the ST)....some HP gains there, but still good performance with a safety factor for detonation. We are moving over to the EZK side to look at # engine knocks and adjust timing this week.

I can't really read the AFR graph too well, but are you saying it's running lean in upper RPMs?

They just completed a dyno run with their 7lb set up, I'm supposed to be getting the charts to post any time now. I think Chuck said he was in the 420hp range.

Sweet! Once I get my Shark back from the shop it's turbo time.
7 lbs sounds perfect; not too aggressive, but still very effective.
Question... is it LSD equipped? My shark is not.
But that can be fixed.
