I would like to get an 8PSI and or 9PSI pulley.
I have the Andy keel kit.

Also, how could I find out if my intercooler can handle the airflow?

Sab,
I got my 6.5 and 8 lb pulley from DR. You may need to do some machine work though if you are running the smog pump since the current pulley will make it sit about 1/2" forward. You also have to drill two small holes for the extra allen bolts but that is no biggie.
Btw, my is the quick disconnect pulley that Andy offered as an upgraded option??????

OK, I got the 57mm pulley (should be 8.5PSI) from Dave, and it does not fit on the snout of my supercharger. It's close, but it will not go on without force. I don't have the smog pump, so I wouldn't care about the belt sitting further out. But looks like I will have to bring it to a machine shop to take a bit of material off.

Hi Sab,
Do you have an Autorotor Twin Screw? If you do it should fit perfectly but very tight.
Just so it is clear for everyone, the pulleys I sell are for Autorotor TwinScrews only and they may or may not fit other SC models.
BTW, if anyone wants some spare upper intake castings for the Supermodel style systems, let me know. I have about 12 that I am getting rid of. These are blank castings and can be machined for Eatons, Twin Screws, or whatever you want to try and make fit on a 928. Price for Rennlisters is $150 each.
I also have 4 of the IC Heat Exchangers that was used on the Supermodel systems (and on my prototypes). 2 new ones are $65 each and 2 slightly used ones for $50 each.

Sab, I believe you got the Eaton M112 SC? Do you have the quick disconnect pulley option? Mine do.
Here is a pic of my old pulley and the one I got from DR.
The only machining required is to shave the center off the new pulley and drill 2 holes for the allen bolts. Other than that, it was a perfect fit.

Dave, I got the Eaton M112. But I think that's what Gio has, so I thought it would fit.
Gio, My pulleys look exactly the same. left is the original one and right the new one. I thought it would fit, just stick out a bit more. But it looks like I will have to take a bit of the internat diameter to fit the snout and I guesshave it down a bit too. I'll drop it at the machine shop on Monday.

So in theory...with a blank casting one could move a 2.2L forward slighlty...run a shorter snout....perhaps shave some height off the manifold if need be....and toss a dual TB intake on the back?

I've called 4 machine shops trying to get them to fix my pulley and they all claim to be too busy. Can anyone do this for me, or does anyone know a shop in South Florida that could do this? I guess it'll take about twoinutes to do the work.

Hey:
I'd just like to report that I was at Mid Ohio for two full days on the long track last week and that my car was ROCK SOLID. I am running one of Andy's last kits with a few tweeks, so I can't imagine how much MORE fun Dave's set up must be.
I built another air intake system using a 975 CFM K & N filter.....it is not quite right yet and I may build the track out of fiberglass over the next couple of months, but it is a big improvement over my undersized filter that I was using last year with the cold air being drawn from the left fender. This filter run is all 4 inch to the MAF and only 17 inches long.
I also upgraded by intercooler pump to a Deadenbear unit that I mounted on the rebar and used a Yamaha motorcylce radiator as my heat exchanger, (instead of the heater core that I had last year. The radiator has a fan that I am running off of my adjustable switch and so it comes on at about 170 degrees.
I am only seeing about 7 PSI now on my boost guage and wonder what the next pulley size will do. Does anybody know what the 8 psi or 9 psi pulley size should be?
As an aside, Randy Faunce graciously went for a ride with me and was whooping it up when the turbo cars couldn't get away from us on the straights.
