Wow, I find your timing setup very strange. I did exactly the opposite. Any reason why you decided to pull back timing in the upper RPMs?
I pulled fuel out at the upper RPM range but timing was pulled out only at lower
mid rangem see below.

RPM

0, 0, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1 2706

0, 0, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1 2334

0, 0, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -2 1970

Perhaps I wasn't clear distinguishing between the fuel and timing tables.

arg... I just wasn't paying attention. Good stuff!

I was able to add quite a bit of timing up top. I think its because the 85/86 comes from the factory with less timing due to the lack of knock sensors. On my dyno chart, my torque never drops as I approach redline.

Mike,
By adding timing we were able to get about 15 more hp at the top end. It was dropped back to stock for a safety cushion. This summer if I get a chance on a hot day I'll try and get back on the dyno for a slightly more aggressive tune. I want to be able to DE without undue concern. It may be the 85/86 pulls timing while under boost (load), it behaves that way.

Tony,
That SC Vette looks sweet; wonder what a 427 ZO6 would be like with a SC?

Since I installed the Jag/Eaton kit, I have some vacuum hoses that are closed off and just laying on the passenger side.
I beleive they are coming from the fuel vapor recirc system.
Where can I connect them so verything is properly functioning on that system?

This is from Andy's Supermodel website. I hope that he's OK with sharing it here.

If you connect fuel vapor recovery you could be headed for problems due to positive pressure. Mine is disconnected.

This is one of the data logs but unfortuntaly it was late last night and i didnt document what i was doing as far as...3rd pull..2nd gear pull etc etc I did a bunch of runs and lost track of what was what. Some places i thought i had turned the logging of and didnt. The sessions were a mess trying to figure stuff out!

Anway I think this was a 3gear pull? I ony say that as my rpm curve for 2nd gear is MUCH MUCH steeper over time than the one shown and the duty cycle doesnt hit the 100% mark, which shold indicated appx 5100 rpm normally.. Also, disregard the actual rpm numbers, as i think my AUX box is still not set up correctly..its a few 100rpm low.

fact is the belt is slipping either way, i figured it would...a 2inch pulley!!
Suprisingly, its (smallest pulley) not over 10psi in all the intitial spikes i have seen logged...so this may be the pulley i want after all? Until belt slip can be completely eliminated i wont really know.? After a few miles on this belt and pulley, it will stretch and it should give me the wiggle room to put the "middle" pulley on.

Ill play with it more next week when i get back.

Ive got the 24lb in there now and the pressure up in the 80s-70s.
the AFR seems ok in the few pulls ive done. Like i said it was late and I really didnt get to go about things the way i wanted when "testing"
I just wanted the car up running. Since my belt was too short for the pulley i had intended to use i just thought id toss on the small one to see what happens.
I think it was LAGS or MURPH that said, "once youve given candy to a baby, its tough to take it away!" so we will see what happens or how long it stays on there.
