Gotta disagree, Mike. There are people who have given Andy $$ that he is avoiding. Under no circumstances is that cool. It took threatening legal action to get him to respond to me. I hate to bring this here but guys like Derek may not have enough $ out there to make suing Andy feasable and it isn't right. He brought this on himself.

I only do it because i'm his friend and I could see his POV through all this. Maybe that makes me too biased. Maybe I should just chill out and ignore any negative statements about him. Andy announced he was out of the business but he still has financial obligations with some people that he needs to take care of. It's not all black and white. You have met Derek and know he is a good guy,he wouldn't be saying anything if he wasn't totally frustrated.

I'm sure he is. I just wish he would at least email people who are waiting on him. Isay that from experience. A couple of emails that would have taken him 2 minutes would have saved him a lot of frustration with me.
