Flights booked - Delta has a wierd pricing policy - London to San Jose via Atlanta , Return Wichita - Atlanta - London is about $30US more expensive than London - Atlanta - London.
Now just to book the Hotel in Tulsa and Wichita.
17 days and we're on our way.

John, id offer you a buddy pass on Delta but in all honeslty flights are so booked from Europe this summer they are recommending no buddy travel to or from Europe at all. Id hate to see you not make it.
Anyway, i just got off the phone, got my room at the hyatt booked and for the track event in Hallet. At this point Hallet is a maybe for me.
get your rooms now folks while they last! You can cancel the day of up to 4-6pm!

Okay...what gives, too soon to commit or what? Seems to me that for an event of this magnitude that there would be a helluva alot more of us stepping up to the plate to play so to speak. ESPECIALLY since the event is centrally located!

I'll be there, including Hallet! Weather as a "student", or as a volunteer, I'll be there, too!
I'll be leaving Thursday morning, or Wednesday evening, I'm waiting to see what Drew's plans are.... Caravaning from Columbus/Cincinnati....Anyone else joining us? CB, V-1, and family radio tuned to channel 9, sub channel 28, at the ready!
