It looks like we won't be seeing Jeff for a while - his 928 project in this thread sold for just around $1000 earlier this week on eBay...too bad. His posts and project were entertaining, to say the least hahaha

EDIT - not his car - my mistake. damn! it looked awful similar!

I'm not so sure that was Jeff's car - he had already painted most of the body panels a metallic silver.

I don't think it's the same car. Jeff's car is down in Roanoke getting redone, not Philadelphia.

Ya, I remember that. The shark on Ebay says he was been working on it for the past four years. If I remember right Jeff recently go the car.

You know what that means?

Another Shark progress thread waiting to happen from somebody else!

Yeh man WISH I could make that event!! But I'm still a long way off and the wife is getting bored with it hahahaha. We got a lot done these last two weekends but I left the camera down there so Big Willie can take pics as he's going on without me. I dont want to miss anything, as soon as I have them I'll put them up. I told you guys that we had the body all primered up. well we have a finish coat (2 coats of base and 3 coats of clear) on the body and all the parts minus the hatch and hood. There isnt any more burgundy on the car which seems real strange to look at haha. The silver kics a$$. The guys plans are to coat everything so I reassemble the car. I will then take it down to the interior man ( I still have to pick the materials) on the second week in Nov. when I get that back, the paint will have cured for about a month and wewill block sand the whole thing down, hit it with the color again and re-clear. They assure me that this is the way to get the absolutely smoothest wettest look finish. BUT the color really looks cool. The parts in the booth with the new color on there really really made it all worth it. I guess its probably the light atthe end of the tunnel effect haha. After that the glass will gobackand all the window trims and I guess I'll tear out the trannie since thats slippin
