The everyday driveability will improve drastically, including more power and quicker throttle response. It will allow for normal driving 1 gear higher and require fewer downshifts. It is not just about a wide open dyno improvement, Rouge makes real world differences in performance and fuel consumption should decrease. I think you all will be amazed how awake your cars will feel.

Looking good. Your M-tune for my Turbo will be here in a few days and can't wait. One thing i was wondering about the N-Tune...and this may be overreaching a bit but.....given what you have done so far...how hard would it be to do this for a car with a 968 engine? Forgive the slight direction change.

UPDATE!
Ok, I finally made the dyno. I am quite pleased with the results. FYI, the only mod to my 85NA is the N-Tune, everything else is completely stock down to the cast-iron headers. The dyno really shows what I've felt all along - great gains at every RPM!

Ha, well, the gains average typically 6-10% across the board, with a total average gain of 8%. And this is on a bone-stock car - a car that already has some breathing mods, such as exhaust or a more aggressive camshaft has the potential for even better gains.
What the dyno doesn't show is the non-wide-open-throttle situations, like normal daily-driving, there is much more power and torque which really improves normal driving.
Additionally, the MAF has room to grow with you - so if you wind up doing some more breathing mods, the MAF will see the increase in airflow and it will adjust fueling/timing appropriately.
Furthermore, the ignition timing has been changed to be true-3D tables. This will allow the DME to adjust for different weather & altitudes, and any other engine mods you do in the future.
Finally, it has the capability of working with my upcoming Tuning & Logging setup. So, if you want full near-standalone tune-ability without the hassle, this kit is the first step.

I wouldn't say you are at the bottom of the list, I have started the MAF conversion process for the S/S2, but I do have a couple of things for the 944NA/951 to finish first.

Josh, you can add me to the list as well. Have been following since I bought my '83 NA ('85.5 DME / AFM installed ). Will I need other wiring added for my early car, or is it only the DME that I need?
