It could be the return hose from the rack where it meets the metal line against the front bumper. I just fixed a leak there after having my power steering rack out.

On my S2 there is a clamp holding the two pieces together on the inside of the passenger's side of the front bumper. You might have to remove your batwing if you have one in order to get a better look,

I fixed the window switch for the passenger side window on my '84. I thought it would be complicated to do but the switch comes out of the door easily with just a little prying with a small bar and the switch comes apart easily to clean the dirt off the contacts and now it works great. Easy fix that I thought would be a bit tougher....

I'm going to have to try this. I can work my passenger window from the driver's switch, but I can only CLOSE my passenger window from the passenger switch -- can't open it.

PS: I drained about 3/4 quart of lube from my transaxle based on what I read about the fill amount here. Thanks!

PPS: Exhaust is rattling so if it's under 100 degrees next weekend, I'll be tightening the nuts. It's amazing how much corrosion affects exhaust hardware. I suppose its a combination of heat, elements and vibration.

I was on my way to work when the 944 overheated again after driving it for three days after fixing the oil cooler seal. It turned out to be the lower radiator hose rupturing. I have my new hose, and a ride to the car.

While we're on the topic of radiator hoses, I was planning on changing mine. How many hoses are there, and what's the best place to pick them up?

The number of hoses depends on the model, but Lindsey sells a bunch of kits.
