I got the LED bar at Advance Auto but cannot locate it online and no longer have the box. Sorry

Decided to peak at the parking brake hardware which has become another major restoration effort. Tore her down to the bone and ordered new everything from the bearings on up.

Changed out the steering wheel the other day. The old one wasn't bad I just wanted something a bit 'thicker' and black.

So pleased I found something I’d lost after 2 weeks searching today, Porsche cylinder head hose adapter=inherit 92810471303. The only part totally lost during a big project, I removed it last April, then came to refit it recently and could not find. Lesson learned that when stripping classic Porsches with parts made of unobtainium that you both photograph and meticulously label everything removed, every single day you work on the car. Turns out I left the part attached to a hose and lost the hose amongst some other bits. The part is listed so often in an obsolete pretend fashion on Porsche part websites the world over but in trying to find one all I achieved was assisting a few lazy vendors clean up their listings, in reality you won’t find it actually available for supply. Maybe 3D printing will help us to keep these cars alive long term but the incident made me realise how hard life could be without the old part as a pattern.

Porsche part 92810471303 as found today

1.Threw the battery charger on the S2 out in the garage to awaken her from her winter nap for a drive tomorrow
2. Brushed the cat that likes to lay on the spoiler of the red one sleeping in the Man Cave.

"Porsche cylinder head hose adapter"... Lol.

Put the only944 throttle response cam on today and took for a spin. Good Lord, if only it was always that easy.

Brakes installed, bled and parking brake shoes adjusted. Now I just have to find someone with a 350 ft/lb torque wrench...

Drove the 944S to multiple car shows, as soon as the Euro bumpers arrive from Justin, it is off to Paint.

Washed the the winter garage dust off the S2 and then took it out for a blast to dry the brakes and blow the water out of the cracks.

Molarboy, as someone who has done a lot of overlays/skinning, it always pays to mix black pigment into base coat so mdf wont show through, or use easy composites skinning base coat that already has it in. Pity weave is messed up at front or that you didn't use the larger section of cloth on front section as that is most visible area. Another layer of (larger) cloth will fix it though so that's path I'd go down.

Thanks for the honest Critique , I’ll probably fix it next time I break it down , center console 2.0
still new at all this , carbon fiber is hard to work with . Was there anything you liked about the idea😂
