Started tearing into the early 85 i just bought. It's been sitting for 2 yrs and looks like it has been leaking water for that long. Interior is mostly ruined, dme was water logged and smoked and most of the relays were rusted in place. Mice had a field day in it as well, big piles of insulation everywhere.

Planning on getting it back on the road. The deeper i dig into it the more i'm finding wrong. Gonna be more of a project than i thought.

Took off the drivers side rear quarter panel on my 944s to fit the wide body panels. Buying the rivet gun is next.

Took her out of the garage and drove her for about 2 hrs.. Ordered bearings to replace.

Got her torn down to the flywheel. Getting it resurfaced tomorrow morning. Then i get to put it all back together! Yayyyyyyyy! /sarcasm

yes - very early 83 model
