Mine beeps often while in the garage, parallel parking space, etc. when I don’t need it to be beeping. It’s stupid that they eliminated the button.

And it’s in the Owner’s Manual specific to the RS. Yet missing from the car.

Thank you guys for chiming in.

Maybe I’ll make my own mute button via the fuse box. It’s very annoying (to me) that there’s no way to turn the beeping off without scrolling through menus. That button should be there.

Yup but obviously I want the functionality for when it’s needed and therefore I’ll want to hear it. It’s like a television audio mute button. Mute it when you don’t want it; don’t peg the thing semi-permanently to volume 1/100.

Took delivery today, and the dealer was amazing. Let me answer a few questions that have been bouncing around. The A pillars are race tex, and the car was ordered with leather and extended stitching. A non-WP car and the black painted carbon seem to match all of the other carbon pieces that come black on all of the Spyder RS's. I have never had C Buckets before. WOW, and the sound really good, even below 5k

My TYD shipping date now shows shipping window up to July 11th. That would be a month after production finished. I wonder if the car is missing something and is being help up.

Congratulations! She’s gorgeous. It looks like the A-pillars in Race-Tex are a hit or miss…I’m glad you won the coin toss. Are you able to confirm your build start and end dates. Trying to figure out if this is date dependent or truly a lottery.

Porsche specifically has multiple disclaimers that basically say "the configurator is not a contract":

Only an actual invoice issued by PCNA at the time a vehicle is sold to an authorized Porsche Center may be used as an official indication of equipment and pricing. The Total Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) shown excludes taxes, title, registration, other optional or regionally required equipment, and dealer charges. The price and availability of Individually Commissioned Equipment (CXX) can be determined only after review and analysis by the manufacturer. Actual selling prices are set by dealers and may vary. I don't have exact dates but build started around April 14th and finished May 14 sat in Germany port for 2 weeks, shipping 2 weeks and Baltomore for 11 days
