Maybe I’ll make my own mute button via the fuse box. It’s very annoying (to me) that there’s no way to turn the beeping off without scrolling through menus. That button should be there.
Yup but obviously I want the functionality for when it’s needed and therefore I’ll want to hear it. It’s like a television audio mute button. Mute it when you don’t want it; don’t peg the thing semi-permanently to volume 1/100.
Took delivery today, and the dealer was amazing. Let me answer a few questions that have been bouncing around. The A pillars are race tex, and the car was ordered with leather and extended stitching. A non-WP car and the black painted carbon seem to match all of the other carbon pieces that come black on all of the Spyder RS's. I have never had C Buckets before. WOW, and the sound really good, even below 5k

Awesome. Can you post some pics of the interior? I changed my spec to Shark Blue with silver wheels, yellow ceramics, non WP with speed yellow stitching yesterday

(Now, 1 of 2) not the best pictures but not really taking the time to get great ones, right now I think they're all great
i talked to dealer. Mine is supposed to be on the boat and would be at dealer on July 10 according to their tracking. Actual dates still shows emden. So does not look like it made this boat either unfortunately.
My TYD shipping date now shows shipping window up to July 11th. That would be a month after production finished. I wonder if the car is missing something and is being help up.

Congratulations! She’s gorgeous. It looks like the A-pillars in Race-Tex are a hit or miss…I’m glad you won the coin toss. Are you able to confirm your build start and end dates. Trying to figure out if this is date dependent or truly a lottery.
If the configurator is correct, all RS get race-tex a-pillars.

While we strive for accurate configurator visualizations, there are some options that may not be rendering accurately at this time. We are working on this, but in the meantime, we recommend consulting with your Porsche Center for the final details. Thank you!
