Bingo, they'll built SRSs in calendar year 2025.

Is July 1 , 2024 a hard stop date for porsche not being able to continue selling the current 718 ICE models for Europe?

I agree that NA will get many more Spyder RS allocations starting in July, after the EU deadline. The real question is how long will Porsche keep making ICE 718 cayman/Boxster variants for the entire world outside the EU? If porsche continues the regular 718 models for several more years, I think Porsche will continue to make the SRS for the same period though in small allocation numbers. Likely add more GT4RS slots, too.

Oh damn, that is going to kill the tuner market. I read this as the ability to monitor everything done to the car. Big brother is watching. 🤔

I really don’t like that.

makes me even happier to buy a Spyder RS, which is much more analog than future cars will be.

I’m not sure if I will ever buy a new ICE porsche after the SRS.

My thoughts exactly, I saw a 2023 GT3 earlier today for a few $ less than they wanted for the Spyder RS and 300K opens up to other things.I will keep looking and inquiring.

I'm sure Porsche is not to happy about the dealers making more $ on the cars than they do.

Raising the prices 8% a year ain’t bad either.

I know of a Spyder RS allocation available at $50k ADM. It appears out of state people are welcome. Feel free to PM me and I can get you to the right guy.

Heard about one like that too. Are those rather rare or are they coming down from the lunatic 100k initial ask?

I wonder what percent of people chasing / getting SRS allocations already had / have a spyder? Is it mostly the same people?
