what are you guys seeing for adm regarding spyder RS? i passed on 992 gt3 in early 21 for 30k over. i regret that.
i would like to spec my own car and dont want to miss that chance again over a reasonable adm.
cheers

- buy a Porsche watch...
and:
- buy a Cayenne Turbo...
or:
- trade my 718 Spyder for $80k and my 991.2GT3 for $130k ...
basically this appears to be an "ADM in kind" of around $90-100k+

I was offered an SRS allocation at MSRP, (by a Bay Area dealer, with whom I bought my Spyder in '20 and who I just leased a Macan GTS from) as follows:
- buy a Porsche watch...
and:
- buy a Cayenne Turbo...
or:
- trade my 718 Spyder for $80k and my 991.2GT3 for $130k ...

I got my "msrp" allocation by purchasing an used 2020 718 Spyder for ~15k over fair retail and trade it back in for Manheim value when the car is delivered. So it's some ~30-40k indirect ADM.

991.2 pricess has been very stable while the 4rs has been steadily declining.

The second option is extortion! The first is meh... if you would need a Cayenne could work haha.

Can you please let me know what values you would be expecting based on the declining secondary market?

p.s I forgot to mention that I wanted Euro Delivery which would give the dealership an additional model allocation

bottom line I am seriously disinclined to line any dealers pockets ...

My sentiments exactly. I have a great relationship with my dealer. It was suggested that they MIGHT be able to get me a 3RS at MSRP (I'm not a 911 guy so I said "thanks but no thanks") at one point last summer, and I imagine, if I was serious enough, I could probably get an SRS at MSRP if I wanted to wait a while. I imagine it has just as much to do with me being a good customer (plus over a dozen referrals that were all sales) as it does them knowing I'd buy it to keep it and drive it vs. flip it.
That said... IMO the "vanilla" Spyder is not 1/2 or 1/3 the car the 3RS or SRS is. And I'm not made of money (frankly it likely wouldn't have been possible for me to actually pay for the 3RS if I'd wanted to) so money is definitely a consideration where value comes into play. I find myself, every few weeks, going on to the configurator and playing with SRS builds and each time it's at least 75% more than I paid for my 21 Spyder. And being lucky enough to have driven a 4RS... it's frickin AWESOME.... but not enough for me to be worth the cost. More in the vein of the "base" Spyder is REALLY a GREAT car... not that the RS variant isn't.
