I listed my Spyder for $124k and had 10 people who wanted to wire me a deposit (including a local dealer) within 24 hours.

It is still waiting for a ship at Emeden, so I obviously haven't received the entire amount yet, but unless something unexpected happens (as happened before) - yes.

I wasn't trying to flex or anything, I just really don't see the point in those websites like BaT and CarsAndBids - as a seller I prefer to just list the car for free at cars.com or something like that and negotiate with protentional buyers.

When BaT is criticized by sellers for low prices and by buyers for high prices, that means that both its job and its prices are just right.

The very definition of a market maker doing its job. What cracks me up is when people add the BAT fee to the sale price and conclude that’s the ‘value’ of the car sold, rather than accepting the reality that BAT fees are paid to a third party for a valuable service rendered and aren’t part of the underlying value of the car.
