Exactly .. This is of course assuming that you have the same style mount as we do in North America, otherwise... you need to help of a European member!

Ha! It was easy for me since the interior trim piece that covers the roll bar hoops was already out since I am waiting on a replacement from the dealer since it had marks on it that could not be removed. Anyway, pop both speaker grills off starting at the inner side and then just start pulling the carpet down. There are a couple carpet loops that go over a tab where the speaker is so just pull them up and toward so, which allows the carpet to pull away enough to get back there. My wife was helping so she held that carpet away from the firewall so I could stuff in the latex and tape over it. I read somewhere to remove the carpet one should start at the bottom but my way was easy - took 5 minutes.

I noticed a pair* of 1" stoppers, if they help?
(Hint*) If taken from your boat in Winter, remember to reinstall before heading out on the water!

Hey Guys,
For anyone interested in a Sound Symposer Delete Kit, we came up with a pretty simplistic solution. These caps pressure fit right over the OE pieces once you take them apart. You simply remove the connection tube to the firewall and leave it out, cap the OE ends and reinstall them to seal the system. If you follow the links below buy a SOUL T-Shirt or a SOUL Hat, simply mention in the notes during checkout that you'd like the Sound Symposer Delete kit and we'll throw them in for free
