If those 5-10k ADM are for GT4, could you refer me please? Finders fee for you!

@nikuhina you got it!

Once the GT4 gets here are you going to keep your Boxster? Seems like a helluva combo

I cant have more than one car right now due to garage constraints ($350/mo), so the new 718 will be replacing my Boxster!

I was about to work out but made the mistake of checking my app. Headed to the dealer to see this car in person. I was just at the dealership yesterday and my SA had no visibility to when it would arrive.

You're welcome, and thanks! After sitting in the 2 way and the 18 way (unfortunately not at the same time) I remembered the 2 way as seeming to have more head room and being just as comfortable, so I stuck with the standard Sport Seats Plus. Saved a fair amount, missed the steering column drama since it is manual, and I'm happy now having the car. No regrets about any of my choices. Whew.

I have seen her in the flesh and she is fantastic. Very happy with my options. Let's see if I can take delivery this Saturday.

@MadMike you had to tease us with your LEDs! 😂. Let us know what you think about the burmester. Always curious if you’re still able to hear in a Spyder or BGTS

LEDs, PCCBs, all the banned options except for yellow stitching because I wanted blue and you hardly ever see blue as no one wants to pay $3,200 for thread.

I had the Burmester in my 981 Spyder and so it was a must-have option as I loved it. I cut navigation instead to keep my build around $135. I find the stock stereo terrible and the Bose almost as bad. I would do Musicar over Bose. I drive with noise filtering earplugs (Alpine) as I use them on my motorcycles to filter out wind noise and still listen to music. I find that they work great at highway speeds as I can listen to music or even an audiobook at 80+mph with the top down. To do that, you need a quality system such as the Burmester as you can crank it up without distortion and it comes through perfectly clear without the annoying wind noise.

It could just be the photo, but before you sign for delivery double check the side of the sport chrono pod; it looks like it's marred a bit on the drivers side in the shared photo.

Aside that, CONGRATS! It's stunning. I really wish PCCB and LED (And maybe yellow stitch too..) was available for my inbound GT4; but now I'm kind of wishing I did the blue stitching. Oh well, lots of time left in this life to make new regrets!

Hope you get the delivery ASAP and start putting on the (s)miles!

If you are referring to the line next to the pod on the dash, that is a shadow from dirt on the windshield. I specifically inspected the pod as the one I saw with extended leather had some puckering in the pod stitching. I wanted to make sure mine didn't have it (and it doesn't).

I did find a slight clear coat scratch on the hood but service department said it will easily buff out. It was too faint to show up in pictures.

Did any of you guys order the dashcam prewiring option?

Can’t find much in rennlist with owners who got this option and used it for either the Porsche dashcam or a third party option.
