When I called, I told the CSR that my SA was on vacation, and I didn't feel as if he applied my email "Porsche ID" to my order. She took my info, passed it along and viola, I was in the waiting room hitting refresh on TYD every chance I had!
ps... dont take no for an answer when calling PCNA.. it takes them two seconds.
So is TYD only for US customers or do others get to share in the excitement? I didn't think (for example) Canadian customers had access to this?
Has TYD updated to show your car is at the port yet? Mine still says that my car is on the Glovis Courage, but it has since left the Benicia Port. Not sure how long it takes to update with the latest location, but my delivery date is still showing January 20th.
My TYD just updated to Port Processing. I too have a delivery date of 1/20, but my SA will be on vacation. Trying to make arrangements to handle the paperwork ahead of time and still pick up the car IF it lands by the 20th. From another post, it took 7 days to get from the Benicia port to the dealer and I have the same dealer he did, in Walunt Creek, about 15 miles away.

My car was delivered to Benicia Port and my car was there for about a week or so. However my car was trucked down to LA PEC so any delays could have been due to that.

Anyone else waiting on port processing from Houston for cars that arrived on Sunshine Ace on Jan 7 ? Curious if anyone's TX dealer received a car from that shipment yet or provided an ETA on delivery.

wow. And I thought I had it bad at 35 days in Emden. You are in the homestretch. Sure would be nice if we could find out the cause of some of these super long delays

I agree. It would be nice if we knew what the delay is for. Someone mentioned in another thread that it could be the Bose amp.

I never was able to get any production pics out of TYD--even with the walk-through guide...but NOW, I have 2 phone pictures from my SA! RY goodness, silver wheels, black calipers. Model Designation Delete
