Nice. Ya not a massive spec on mine basically, SB, Black Cal's, Buckets, and the old PDK. Depending on what happens with the RS Allocation I might have, this one will see track duty at tracks where my Clubsport is too loud.
My SA sent me a Happy Turkey Day email with a status update; delivery holding firm for Apr 22. That means we’re now under 150 days out. This might almost start to seem like it’s going to happen.
My Spyder is scheduled for delivery April 8 so looks like we will be waiting together till spring time
The app officially sucks. According to it, I'm still 10 days away from CP8.0.
I just got a call from my SA. My car is on its way to Emden!
No pictures for me. I'll just have to look at other folk's Gentian GT4s and imagine it's what mine looks like!
Since starting this post, I've again checked TYD. I've gone from "scheduled for production" all the way to "ready for transport" all in one whoosh. So, again, I'm stoked. But, the app sucks.

The app experience hasn't been great for me either. It has finally updated to show that my car is in processing at the port, but it's also still showing the estimated date of arrival INTO the port as 12/17! It shows delivery as 12/31, but I'm still hopeful for end of next week.
I also only received 1 photo in the app of my car - the front end shot with all of the coverings over the frunk and fenders. I didn't get that awesome side shot of the completed car that most people seem to get.
A bit buggy! Luckily Porsche is better at building engines and suspensions and perfect steering than they are at building apps!
After a couple of weeks with my 718 Boxster 4.0, I discovered that, despite the entry and drive feature, neither the frunk nor the trunk would open when I placed my hand below the proper spots on the trunk or hood. After much investigation, the dealership determined that the sensors had simply not been installed at the factory because they were not available. I have also heard that some cars come with only one key or lacking the chips that will allow the steering wheel to tilt and telescope. Supposedly, I will be getting a recall notice later to have the missing sensors install. Not complaining at all, but it is interesting how some of the cars are coming without all the essential parts.
My understanding is that they stopped using the sensors in the trunks. As in, they don't do it anymore. I didn't think it was something that they would fix later, but rather a change.
