I had called 800-PORSCHE back a third time, and got the response "we've pretty much done everything we can." My SA has always said he thinks it only kicks in when you get a certain number of days away from production/delivery. That's why I mentioned the "135 days left" number, in case it is relevant.
@SToronto Which customer service number are you calling? 800-PORSCHE always answers for me. They can only do so much WRT TYD, but they answer. Is there a TYD customer support number, as well?
My conversation started with a TYD email address in the press release for the feature. Was for customers trying to access it. Then a particular person has been corresponding via email. She has tried to call me, but it's phone tag, except I can't call her directly and nobody can transfer the call (apparently). I say apparently because I've had various experiences where one person said they cannot contact her, another said let me send her a message to see if she's available and there was no response while I waited. One day I was on hold for about 30 minutes. So yesterday I said, let's set a time for you to call me. This way we can connect. Also some of the instructions she had given me are not possible in 'My Porsche' portal, we don't have TYD app in Canada. Our builds are shown in 'My Porsche' and there are no dates or maps. I just want to find out about dates via the portal, production pics and why my GT4 has dropped off altogether.
I originally went V200 almost 6 months ago, back in July. It has been a long wait.
Is there a way to see dates in TYD? Given my "order was just created" in TYD, all I see is a Days Until Lock and Days Until Delivery counter. Is the best way to get dates to still bug your SA?

So for those who have access to TYD and saw pics, if you haven't done so download the new My Porsche app, I got the extra two photos in the app and the app only, I don't believe you could directly save on your phone so you might have to do a screenshot of it

You can download them to the phone and doing so preserves the higher res files. It's better than a screen shot. I was able to zoom in and see that I did not get Michelin's.

Being at the beginning of the process, TYD provides very little information. I assume as you get into the later stages, other buttons / options / info become available, with much more info than just dates?

I think TYD is pretty flaky unfortunately. I still don't have any pics and it says phase 1/4 even though my car is now at the dealer.
Well, I guess this is my final post in here... super fun day today. Dealerships don't have much going on these days, so there were tons of people hanging out to check out the new GT4. There was even an awesome young guy from service who had taken a video of the car being driven off the trailer, and he couldn't wait to see me fire it up and drive it away.
First impressions: The car is everything I had hoped for. Just a complete joy to drive from the very first shift. I felt at home in it instantly. I owned a 991.1 GTS which was a more expensive car as optioned, and it never had the personality and dynamics this car has. Worth the wait everyone!
