The 2022 model year cars come with a good engine from the factory. One option change I noticed is that you can no longer do custom door sills.

Watched that video too. Problem is that there are some subtleties that he's missed. Even the configurator has been wrong, especially when they introduced the new one last month here in Canada. Verifying your configuraton with your Porsche sales associate is the best way to avoid grief, but even then they can be wrong.

My SA said he thinks the extended range fuel tank isn't available. Actually he said there are "restrictions on it" and it's not available. Haven't had a chance to find out what that means.

Well this is concerning

According to the original schedule, my car was supposed to be V260 on 5/28.

Its still V215. The schedule however still says 5/28 for V260.

There are so many regional market differences. In Canada, the 64 litre tank is standard on the GT4. Playing with the configurator (Canadian) I notice that I can configure a key pouch with both key colour and stitching colour, but that is unavailable in the USA. Moral of the story - be careful about the source of your information - every region is subtly different,

Never fun discovering new V codes

Bob, that is a major delay. Hopefully you’ll get it much faster than that. Since I have no car to drive, I spent the morning assembling my winter tire rack - all I can do is accessorize

Mine has a very similar delay. My V260 jumped from 06/11 to 07/16 last week. Original was 05/28. Expected at dealer now not until 09/24
