Looks very similar to Soul's configuration at the same price point from a relatively unknown fabricator.... I don't see the attraction...

I'd normally say imitation can be considered flattery, but not in this case. They even took the stock exhaust photo off our website. This is NOT a SOUL product.

Totally understand the dilemma. I've tried to capture the sound coming from the Dundon/OEBB combination and much of the drama is missing.

My main criticism of the Dundon/OEBB combination is the massive contrast that you experience with PSE valves open vs. closed. I wouldn't mind the valves closed being a little louder, with minimal change (in loudness) when the valves are open. My OE back box suffers some serious PSE valve rattle that I simply cannot eliminate (tried many things and have made improvements), so I'm looking for a solution that works well with the PSE valve controls yet doesn't have that binary behavior.

I've "heard" some conflicting things about the Akra/Dundon combo and would like to hear it before I rule it out (even if a recording doesn't capture the complete picture).

I took notice to this as well, and only came across their products from a recent YouTube post of this fitted on a GT4.
This system has no appeal to me, even more so now that its confirmed to be a knock-off of someone else’s R&D.

That should earn a letter of objection from your attorney, or CEO.

Quick little update...Pride Exhaust happens to be located at the same address as Circuit Werks that imports and sells Asian made exhaust systems. I don't think it's a stretch to connect the dots here and say that our exhaust was sent to Asia and knocked off in an effort for that company to start their own "premium" exhaust brand. While this is frustrating to us and we hope this company does not successfully feed off our hard work and reputation, we will continue designing and building the best we can right here in Pennsylvania while treating you like family. We appreciate all of you guys and love being a part of this community, and as always you can call me any day and time at 4848836197 to chat cars and come up with an ideal gameplan for your goals.

Best regards,
John Gaydos

If anyone is interested. I have had Akra, SOUL, Dundon, Kline. Dundon IMO is the best...Akra sounds way better than any clip can produce. Kline was nice but too tame, SOUL is again nicer than people give credit.

That said, my second GT4 is going so I have a set of Dundon street headers with under 1K miles for same and a SOUL valvetronic with new valve controller for sale if anyone is interested.

I already have Soul OAPs installed. Will a kline backbox fit with the Soul OAPs? I have heard if you have Kline OAPs you have to use their backbox, but I don't think I have heard you have to use their OAPs if you use their backbox. Or do they come as a matched pair? Would make sense if they do.

Kline is sold as a pair, they do not sell them without one another. Kline OAP + Rear Valvetronic. The Kline OAP has a resonator built in too. Couple pics showing optional tips and optional header too.

Kline's secret is the unique design of their R-OAPs and flow of gasses through 2 resonators. If you just put on their muffler, it would likely sound pretty average with drone.

Anyone happen to try this combo yet?
- stock backbox
- resonated OAP
- 200 cell headers

Or if not then same but with non-resonated OAP?

A thread with 600 posts that may or may not answer my specific question?

a few have and ultimately it’s not the best sounding combination. The tone is most-affected by the backbox. Volume and some tone nuances are affected by OAPs and headers, but nowhere near as much as the backbox. Depends on your goals.
