Terry Good news is that if you turn the dial to Sport on steering wheel (aka the sport button) it automatically turns on sport exhaust and turns off the Stop Start.
halfmonkey not to hi-jack Terry’s thread but I’m sure he doesn’t mind, I LOVE the PDK algorithm in “Sport” for everyday driving.I have 400 miles on the car now. “Sport +” would be more for the track or Autocross (which I don’t do ) IMHO. Car seems a lot more powerful and responsive in Sport vs Normal and seems to always be in the right gear even for traffic stop and start driving.

GT PDK cars have a PDK Sport mode that is console selectable
Auto Stop Start OFF and PSE ON have to be manually enabled every start.

As I said I already know I'll be using Sport-Mode 99% of the time.
And I will Never-never-ever use the Auto-Stop.
Things are now happening as I just heard from Matt last night.
I'll be doing an up-date as soon as he sends the new pictures which might be today or this evening.

Hi Terry,
I was wanting to get a photo of the new paddles inside to use after installation but we are still waiting for the steering wheel bolt.
They are one time use bolt and we cannot reuse the old one,
and they are currently on back order but parts feels confident we should have it here very soon.
If we need to transport to the wrap lab before the paddles are installed the car is still able to be moved to the truck bed without them.
And worst case is we can install them right before you take delivery.
I emailed and called Rich to make sure the mock ups were still on the way but I have not received word from him yet.
I’ll reach out again in the morning and hopefully will have those decal designs to us by Monday.
Have a great weekend!
Best,
Matt Giorgio
So after receiving the above E-Mail I reached out to Suncoast Parts in Sarasota, Florida.
I have done business with them many times now.
I talked with Zach in parts and he actually went and checked to confirm they had the (Steering Wheel Bolt).
He came back on the phone and said, Terry I'm holding it and will ship to you Monday, UPS Next-Day-Air.
So, guys, I'll be receiving that tomorrow, Tuesday, and dropping off to Matt which is maybe 20 minutes from my house to Porsche of Nashville.
That will get things back on track.
And hopefully once Nick the Shop Foreman does the install.
Hopefully the Wrap-Lab will have the Proofs ready for our (Matt & My) approval on the Custom Graphics.
If so ???
Then Matt will arrange to have the GT4 picked-up and transported to the Wrap-Lab here in Franklin where I live.
Oh, and speaking of my SA Matt G.
He, Matt took care of me again
Now this is what I Really-really like for my Racing Yellow GT4 guys.
Thanks,
Mr. M. Giorgio

Help-Help-Help guys locating a specific part for my 2021 Cayman 718 GT4 see below ...Guys,
I'll try to keep this short as I can.
My steering wheel was removed to do the (Shift-Paddles) in Guards Red.
The Major issue is Porsche will not release the part to Porsche of Nashville and will not give any information as to why they won't.
I'm reaching out to Rennlist.com members in the hopes the ones of you that live in the Major Cities.
Could make some phone calls to the Porsche service centers/shops that are the Huge ones that might have that part in stock.
Thanks for the assistance/help guys ...............
As you see below I did receive a Steering Wheel Bolt from Suncoast parts in Sarasota, Florida but it is for Cayman's up to 2017.

Guys,
Thanks to one of the Rennlist members I did place the order.
However they don't actually say if they have it in stock or not.
I'll be able to check later I think to see if it actually ships.

Parts is only available from Germany.
I cancelled the order as Suncoast Parts is already working on that same option.
The only hope would be if one of the Big independent Porsche service shops has it.
I don't live where any of those size dealers are.
That's why I was hoping just maybe a few of you guys that live in the Really-really large Cities might call a few of those independent Porsche Shops and see if by chance one of them might have that in stock ???

Your dealer’s parts person should be able to go online snd search National dealer inventory. It doesn’t hurt to have folks check locally too (as you requested). My dealer is small and they don’t keep much inventory. They don’t have it.
Beet of luck getting it ASAP!

Guys,
I'm all set as I spoke to a guy that works for a Big/Huge European parts business.
He was nice enough that he provided me with 5 phone numbers of Porsche Authorized Dealers that had 1 of the PAF-910-207 Steering-Wheel-Bolt in stock.
All the dealers had 1 but they were already committed to a customer so they were all Sold.
Then, as things were not looking good below is what I found out.
I just started at the top of the list and luckily got to a Porsche Dealer in Jackson, Mississippi.
And believe it or not they actually had 1 in Stock.
I dealt with a guy named Ryan Sutton in parts.
He was nice enough to actually go pull the part to make sure they actually had it.
So, I should be all set .........
BTW,
Ryan actually just called me and confirmed I'm all set.
Sometimes if we don't give up we can get things done if we are persistent.

Guys,
Speaking of the Porsche Cayman 718 GT4 Clubsport Tee-Shirts.
Mine just arrived.
And of course I owe them to my SA Matt Giorgio at Porsche of Nashville.
I will say and share with you all.
These are 1st Class Tee-Shirts and they are as advertised, Super-Soft.
They are Very-very well packaged.
I'm just glad Matt is my SA and hooked me up with these and of course the matching Cap I posted earlier.
I hadn't a clue these were even available but they are going to go great with my Racing-Yellow Cayman 718 GT4.
Below are pictures I just took of them so if any of you have the Racing Yellow Cayman's these might go well with your Machine.
And here is the Porsche Clubsport Cap.

No trouble at all taking a few minutes to include the Fed-Ex box images my pleasure.
The Clubsport Tee-Shirts are 1st class in regards to they are thick super-soft-cotton material.
Well worth the expense.

I actually showed all the pictures so people could see how well packaged those Tee-Shirts come.
Super well protected in boxes and in those cardboard boxes are the tins with the Tee-Shirts.
And the Tee-Shirts inside the tins are in heavy plastic bags.
I actually thought they were expensive but once I saw what you actually receive they are definitely worth the cost guys.
Well to my old eyes it seems to be Yellow .................

Hopefully the darn (Steering-Wheel-Bolt) situation will soon be over with.
Porsche of Jackson did ship me Next-Day-Air the part and it just arrived.
I'll drop it (Steering-Wheel-Bolt) off in the morning and Nick the Shop Foreman might time-permitting install the newly painted Guards-Red shift paddles tomorrow.
If he does Matt Giorgio time permitting might take some pictures for me.
If all that takes place I'll post those pictures here for those interested in seeing what they look like.
