Voodoo Blue CGTS 40 PDK.. should have arrival pics here in a few days.. after PDI to local Expel PPF installation.. and maybe top off with a Ceramic coat.. hopefully heading my way in about 7-10 days. So far (fingers crossed) no recall/con rod VIN issues..
Thanks so much! I was a little worried about the piping with the stitching but it turned out gorgeous (in my eyes)! Yes, the headlight washers are also viola metallic.
My car is officially V260. Entered body shop 3/29 (latest prior screenshot showed 3/26 ).
Completion date of 4/9 is unchanged.
Baltimore arrival unchanged at 5/21.
Dealer arrival was previously shown as 5/21 (which made no sense and had to be an error). Updated to 5/28.
The timeline is one week later than the original estimates from a couple months ago.
Feeling very fortunate that I might have my car by early June (give or take a week).

Woooohooooo!!!
if the complete it 4/9 it’ll be here at least a week earlier than that. (Not really. I’m just trying to torment you because I have no idea when I’ll take delivery of my 2/16 completion date car.)

I have followed the stop sale very closely and truly feel for all involved.
When our 2016 991RS arrived in Jan ‘17, I had spent hours following the info and COG. It took awhile to relax knowing the RS didn’t share the finger follower issue.
I’m an optimist at heart and also have one of the “good guy” dealers who communicate pretty well. I would have faith that the issues will be resolved to satisfaction. I helped a friend sell his 2014 GT3 that got a new engine and it sold at current market pricing. Of course it still has warranty remaining. In my opinion the value wasn’t affected at all. I am hoping the same for the GT4s.
There’s no question it can take some of the joy away from this long awaited and much anticipated purchase. Hoping that everyone forgets the aggravation the moment they start driving their new car!
