Yes it's possible. Not necessarily comfortable or ergonomic, but well possible. I did my link pipes on the quick jack.

Nice! The Quickjack looks like it gets the car much higher than my jackpoint jack stands do though. I'm wondering if I will have enough clearance to the garage floor to get the over axle pipes in and out. I miss having my lift at my last house, I might have to get a Quickjack!

Yes it's possible, mine wasn't that high up. The OAP you can remove and install from the sides, off the wheel wells. The rear mufler drops flat down and isn't so tall, once you remove the center diffuser cover it goes down and then you can slide it off the car.

I like the added safety with the wheel blocks! How do you get the SUV adapter there? Do you raise the car on something else and slide the quickjack later? It's too low it barely fits the thicker rubber block.

You have to go by steps. first lift with block, then lower on half a race ramp. then relift with both block, lower on full race ramps, then relift with SUV adapter. Getting it down reverse order. Takes about 10 min to get it right. I agree it did not need to be this high, it was just my first use of the Quickjack and wanted to test how hight I could get the car.

Which Quickjack model do you guys have? It looks like a great lift! Do you have to put the GT4 on wood/ramps first or will it fit with the lifting pads under the car?

5000 model......I used the smaller pads on my 918 GT4, no problem at all.

Yes, the 5000 model. The 3500 would do it but it's only marginally cheaper so I'd get the 5000 version so you have more versatility.
Get the standard size not the extended one, the extended doesn't fit the GT4. I'm able to use the taller rubber block and slide the platforms from the side, so no need to pre-raise it on jack or ramps. But as Kart125 noted, you can get it even higher if you do it in steps.
Watch for Costco and Home Depot daily offers, oftentimes they come up for sale around $1,000.

Thanks guys! This is going to make brake work and wheel changes much easier as well!
Got my Soul Race Exhaust (with resonators) installed over the weekend on my 718 Spyder (1K miles) and got a few different types of drives in yesterday and today to get some initial impressions. First off, WOW what a difference! Sound is amazing and makes the car so much more fun, even just cruising around town. Definitely louder but what I love the most is the higher pitch scream that reminds me more of a 991.1 and 991.2 GT3...not quite there of course but definitely a step in the right direction. Gives the car much more attitude and I find myself driving way more aggressively. Proper GT sound and, from what I can tell, a slight improvement in performance. Thank you John. Great work.
Now, there are a few small drawbacks to note but, for me, they are worth the price of admission. First off, there is definitely a drone at 2K to about 2.7K RPM when getting on the gas. If you are very sensitive to drone, be warned it's there. One thing to note, there is much less drone with the top down. Another draw back is the install....it's nothing too difficult but it is time consuming since you have to jack up the car to get underneath access and also have to take the rear wheels off to be able to get easy access to the bolts to the header/link pipes. Lots of bolts, nuts, and screws to deal with. Having a quickjack would have definitely helped to speed things along. Conventional jack and jack stands were a pain to set up properly.
In summary, I'm happy with the exhaust as it definitely adds more fun to the experience....especially with the top down. Great value at $2500 when compared to other alternatives.
