I see a lot of SOUL talk recently in this thread, thanks very much guys! If anyone would like an in depth look at the R&D of the factory exhaust and our various configurations, here is a link below to our development thread and product page on our website. Please feel free to email or message me directly at johng@soulpp.com or 14848836197 (whatsapp as well). Here are some videos of different setups we have available so you guys can have a back to back comparison.

There is more to it. When the flaps are always open, the exhaust drones a bit.

no doubt, but my point is that I think everything is developed for EU first and ROW as an afterthought. No separate development streams. If ROW had a different bespoke exhaust system it is unlikely that it would require the flap programming to avoid droning.

Sounds really good! Looking forward to seeing some of your videos once you have your full setup. I bought a X-Pipe from them for my 991 4S a few years ago and was very happy with the product and with Michael's service. I drove passed their factory as well after my visit to the Porsche Museum. They have a very small setup but are very professional. Enjoy!

This sounds incredible! Also seems like their racing muffler is very similar to JCR with merged exhaust flow. I think I am going to start with the over axel pipes and then see if I need a muffler too. I usually find the PSE or sport muffler from Porsche to be good and usually other items to adjust before the muffler and it typically yields what I like.

Yet another...Tubi Style this time...but I'm not a fan at least from this video. Doesnt even sound like a flat 6 anymore. So useless hearing an exhaust revving in place 1) valves closed to 4k 2) car only allows to rev up to 4750rpm...do'h

I went to my dealership today to fix a minor issue (one of the small covers where the wing is attached was unglued) and I was surprised that they offered me to do a valve bypass without me asking any question about the exhaust. I drove back-to-back my GT4 and their showroom model with the mod, and this small mod makes quite a difference already

Very interesting! can you take picture of how they did the bypass for you? I was just thinking this, and whether I should just ask them to do it as well.

Hmmmmm.....Wow, this is interesting. I wonder if other dealers could/would offer this? I'll have to bring it up when my car arrives in the next few weeks.

You mean just unplugging the vacuum hose to the valves (both sides)?

Default Organic Improvement

For what it’s worth, I took my GT4 to the track today. Willow Springs. Like other people said, the sound improved a lot from new! The car has about 2000 miles now. All hardware is stock.
It is sounding great! Really much better than 1500 miles ago!

I have a bit over 1100 now and I'm starting to hear a noticeable change in sound (for good)... Feels like if the non-monitored GPF started to give up and burn inside 😂 (or at least is what I like to think).

Whatever would be , the sound it's really picking up momentum
