The 'Ring time was classified as official (production car) that means they will need to make a Cup 2R tire to fit.
One simple upgrade for Porsche is to give the 4RS that extra 0.5" of front wheel width that's standard on the GT3...then you can more easily fit a 255 and improve handling.
Agreed. Especially on the 305 which was mounted on a 12" wide wheel on the GT3. Lots of comments on that fitment in the GT3 forum. Some say it was a specialty tire, that is was mismarked, etc.

Yeah, the 305 on the GT3 was an unusual size. It was considerably wider than a typical 305 (somewhere between 310 and 320) and the 30-series profile was closer to 25. Porsche does weird things with their OEM tires to make the cars largely incompatible with non-N rated tires.

Where are you getting the Pirelli DH's?

I have been using take-off from usedracingtires.com on my GT3 and 3RS and it is quite a step up from Hoosier R7. Buying them new though is brutal. Lol I like the take-off prices

Looks like more evidence for a Weissach option.

Or they reused some GT3RS WP seats they had around for the pre-production cars they are still using....that's why the WP on the head rest is cover
But that face is not helping a lot either.......

Weissach option=PAM! (Porsche Additional Markup)

Almost like they try 'not' to hide the clues sometimes!

Weissach option = waste of money for little weight savings gain. I didn't order it on my 3RS. I used the money for brake upgrade, light track wheels, cage, harness, Lithium battery, JCR exhaust and still had $10K left and dropped 60 more lbs than what the weissach offered in weight savings. If I get an allocation, I will not check the box just like my last order.
