My dealer said they are expecting allocations this month, when does it normally come so i can follow up with them . Which week in a month normally Porsche informs dealers about allocations?

On the third hour, of the third day, of the third week of the three quarter moon, look to the east for a sign.

I was afraid that this would start happening. The $10k ADM I'm paying for my '22 is now a ~$6k ADM factoring in the YoY price increase if I was stubborn and waited for MSRP (copium, I know). I wouldn't put it past my dealer to try to raise it when I go in for delivery. Shameless.
They got us by the nut sack and they know it. Prices are going to go parabolic like tulip bulbs during the craze as we get closer to the end. 😔

Lucky. I tried. I realllly tried to get an allocation at MSRP. But with no dealer relationships, even the Porsche dealer right down the street wanted a $10K ADM on a BGTS. Knowing full well that I would be servicing it there too. *sigh* I'm glad some of you are having better luck than me.

That's also what I heard, I was told July would be the next round of allocations.

For anyone wondering if the next gen GT4 being electric is a myth...

Not sure how that makes sense. I am sure they fan out the info if they get an allocation to everyone they know is interested, at a minimum.

If you cold-call a dealer and hear of any available slots, it's probably because the ADM is too high and none of their existing clients want it...or that they called they're existing clients / people on lists, but haven't heard back yet, so they may as well extend the opportunity.

When it comes to allocation release cycles, I've been trying to figure it out for a very long time, and it still doesn't entirely make sense to me. 'Normal' cars are allocated monthly...GT cars are completely separate and are less frequent. Probably safe to say that the monthly cycle will include Cayenne and Macan (maybe some Taycans), but it may not always include sports cars...Perhaps in other cycles (or 'part two' cycles in a month), they focus less on the SUVs/Taycan and more on sports cars.
If you call around to enough dealers and ask when they received their last allocations, then ask when they expect their next round, you may be able to gather more context. Some of my SA's say that they receive allocations in a meeting with their regional manager...then they just sorta pop-up as allocation "buckets" in their system assigned to a month. Typically, the allocation is at V200 at that point, or at least it soon becomes V200 after a configuration is attached to the bucket, and we have info re build date, eta, etc.
