Yep post your build sheet showing a V200 with a MY23, that will end the speculation.

I am hearing same thing from my Canadian dealer GM. Although SA is stating it might be more likely June or July until we hear. My sales agreement states MY22 Spyder, so that makes me think it would more likely be May. Plus if the rumours of these people on the forum getting MY23 SPyders is true, then I don’t see why it would take any longer than May to allocate some to Canada. But then again I do not know how Porsche works all the time.

I just placed the deposit and dealer(Preimer status) just put the order in Porsche US demand system. There are 6 people ahead of me. I have read a lot of threads and it doesn’t looks like I will have the chance to get the allocation.

My question is that is that true I won’t have the chance to get the allocation considering this dealer had received 8 GT4 allocations last year? I’m concerned GT4 will end the production soon, maybe Porsche just ditch the rest of orders in the system?

This is my first Porsche and coming from BMW M. I really hope to get this car next year or so.

I wouldn't say that you won't get the allocation. It sounds like there will be MY23 now. Just be patient and you will be rewarded, as it sounds like your dealer gets plenty of allocations. I am also coming from M cars as well, and this will also be my first Porsche. Very exciting times! What M(s) are you coming from? I had a G82 M4 and an F80 M3. Great cars.

The build sheet for that MY23 allocation may still show as MY22 (perhaps with no pricing or MY22 pricing) or MY23 (even more likely with no pricing) until MY23 ordering officially opens in their internal system (and we see the switch on the configurator). The dealer was likely told by PCNA (for whatever reason) that they'll receive this particular allocation, and have thus offered it to a client (congrats!).

If he's doing PTS, it'll sit at V110 until the PTS lock date (which sounds correct for the production month), which is when it'll be bumped to V210 (aka PTS lock).

@ssiminou this is exactly what happened. The dealer is aware that the allocation is confirmed, and PCNA confirmed its eligible for PTS and voila! It's entirely possible that the car could be MY22, but the signed document provided by the dealer says MY23 718GT4. Maybe they just put that there as the car will be manufactured later in the year? That I can't confirm. It's all I can say until May 16 lock date when things move to the next step. Happy guy here.

Is the signed document an official PCNA build sheet that has your info in the top left, vehicle status and 'order type' in top right, and slightly below, comm # next to the MY and model type? Or is it an internal dealer document / deposit form?

No one has posted a build sheet showing a MY '23 yet. Someone end the suspense! Otherwise, it's all still hearsay.

As some boys from the backstreet once said, "quit playing games with my heart".

Post 'em up!

A dealer offered me their first 2023 Spyder allocation at a specific ADM where I could get PTS/PCCB's(they have one now for a 2022 but PCCB's/PTS not allowed).

Agreed and it can be solved in one phone call. Still hoping for y'al but can one of you lucky ones please phone your SA or the SM and get a build sheet print off. If your allocation is a go it should be one of the first things they give you as proof. Posting it would make a lot of peoples day!

Shouldn't there be one more round of MY22 allocations coming out in May or June?

Not if the MY changeover is July like last year.

IIRC I was working a fall allocation in late June couple years back.

Ah, so if it's like last year then we will see MY23 on the next round of allo's, but if it's like two years ago we will see MY22 on the next round?

Possibly but could be tight for MY22 if the allocation lands in June and the factory sticks to its usual August shut down schedule coupled with world factors. Which If I understand correctly August shut down is up in the air at this stage. Could be wrong but I thought after start of May and into June allocations are usually MY23? Always like to be corrected but just wish we could get a build sheet posted would allow a few RL's some hope
