My dealer has a policy of MSRP only for cars that are ordered. But that does not stop them from marking up the more rare used cars. They have a 911R on their floor(or they did a month ago) for $549k!!!!!

With the EV cars looming on the ever-nearing horizon, I also feel super blessed I was able to get my GT4 Allocation, even with the small amount of ADM. I only see myself ever owning this one P-Car so I as well went all out on my options YOLO

Oh, signal yellow would be a keeper.

Signal Yellow - Awesome!! That is one of my favorites as well! And it is killer on the Spyder, as seen on the PTS GT4/Spyder thread. I have thought very seriously about doing PTS for mine, but I stuck with GT Silver with the Sport Classic interior for that classic Silver/Red combination, and also to not introduce an additional delay (and cost) for PTS.
I have a PTS color now on my Cayman GTS 4.0 (Albert Blue), and it is pretty fun having a special and rare color. I would do PTS again, maybe on the next Porsche after the Spyder, whatever that ends up being.

As someone who bought a 981 GTS in 2019, sold it deciding to buy the new 4.0 in manual a few years later, and today....ugh. Should've just held on to it. Reading all y'all on lists, not sure if it's even worth looking out for. Maybe Porsche will end up making these for a few more years than people expect....

I just don't get why they'd cut it off before the 2025 revision. If the rumors are true about the hybrid revision, that's almost 3 more years of no 4.0's being produced?
It'd have made more sense pre-covid, pre-stop-sell. The 4.0's generates more margin per unit, what am I missing?
Didn't they always stop production as the new one is launched? Or am I completely wrong here.....

After months of hunting and many phone calls, I happy to say I found a new CGTS 4.0 at MSRP that will arrive in a week or so! There are some dealer orders rolling through. Keep checking Porsche USA inventory search.
This for sure tested my patience, but very excited. Pictures to come when it is delivered.
