So are all the GT# cars produced over three years or just this 718 GT4? Do we have any evidence that this one will be produced into 2021? I believe AP said in the previously posted video interview with Henry Catchpole (around minute 22) that there will be 2019, 2020 and maybe 2021 cars (does that mean cars produced in 2019, 2020 and maybe 2021?) and they hope to do a better job of meeting the demand for this car than they did for the 981 GT4. Production and allocation of the GT# cars seems to be shrouded in mystery!

God bless,
TT

I have to agree with others. Porsche Burlingame was absolutely not willing to do MSRP after I sent them a build order sheet and as of now their allocations are "spoken for".

I had the conversation with them in the beginning of August. Sadly, things seem to have changed.

My dealer still has yet to receive a single Spyder allocation. They received one GT4 allocation... but that’s it. Allocations are based on all non 718 GT4/Spyder sales and unfortunately they don’t sell in my area.

I was told #5 on the list last August, hopefully some updates soon.

Fremont has 2 GT4 and 1 Spyder allocation and asking 5k ADM as of 12/15, if anyone is interested.

Yes I believe that is the trend. 991.2 GT3 was produced in 2017, 2018 and few months of 2019. My car was delivered Nov 30, 2018 and around that time allocations were released for few months of 2019.

Production was up for .2 GT3, no doubt it'll be up for GT4 and possibly Spyder because of demand from 981 generation.

So are there any reports of GT4's or Spyder's being allocated to a Canadian dealer?

More importantly can anybody lay claim to one?

My dealer contacted me today with my Spyder allocation. Locks first part of March for a May build.

For all the patient and impatient waiters, I'm told a new batch of allocations will be released by PCNA with the new year.

Good luck, everyone

Anyone have a lead on a NorCal allocation? I will most likely make the rounds tomorrow (and post-New Year, if unsuccessful), but figured someone might have done the work recently.

Perhaps they were waiting to see how many PCA members bought tickets on the Fall 2019 Members only Raffle?

I was told by the GM at my dealer in Canada that no allocations have been given out. He worked for Porsche Canada for 10 years but said they are expecting to have some in the new year. I have had a deposit for 3 years. Perhaps they are giving me the hump - when I would prefer 2 right behind the front seats but not painted in the body colour😊

@fantom is in the know. Just got the email and call, I'm V200 gentleman. Delivery date anticipated to be 7/31 and lock is 4/27. Advised I should expect those dates to be moved forward.

I'm in the midwest US, and my build code at present is: PLSKEAA1
