..... I like having two very different cars in the garage (one being old school as opposed to two modern cars). But man, I do love driving the GT350... A LOT! If I could fit a lift in my garage I'd have all 3. But as I've said before on here, I'd like to get back into a Porsche and it seems like a very smart move to capitalize on this crazy market by selling the GT350 now for about what I paid for it new in 2018. You don't see that sort of thing with a Ford product very often aside from the Ford GT.
So if it take 6-9 months for me to get the Porsche, I'm sort of OK with that, as long as the GT350 value doesn't drop by too much. (Man, it really is an incredible driving car. Hmm, Maybe I'll change my mind! LOL)

I've got room in my garage for your GT350.... Admittedly, it's because I sold my favorite auto-x BMW perhaps a little too early thinking an allocation would come sooner.

Totally agree on the theme of having a balance of old school analog with new modern tech in the garage. Speaking of old school, that '66 Mustang GT with pony interior in your C&C picture is a cuty.

Feel free to PM me and we can talk and email. The car is perfect and a bit rare being a stock Lead Food Gray (1 year only color, only 639 made) and full PPF on 90% of the car and has the balance of an 8 year B2B Ford transferrable warranty. Yea, can you tell I was not planning on selling it?

Anybody have a Sales Advisor/Dealership that they would recommend? I am looking for an MSRP Spyder Allocation. This would be my first Porsche purchase so looking to establish a relationship with a reputable dealer/SA Not in any hurry so if it arrives next year that would be fine. I am in So Cal so I can do a PECLA delivery. Thanks All.

If anyone is looking for a GT4, Porsche Monterey now has a GT Silver, 18ways, iron brakes car in stock. I believe it has about 115 miles and I think it actually may still be new dealer stock versus used, but I’m not sure. Asking $135k.

I received a text yesterday from my local dealer about a potential allocation for a Cayman GTS 4.0, and wanted to know if I'd be interested at $10K ADM, which I declined. It's not a dealership I'd love to do business with, but probably would have held my nose and pursued it at MSRP. I'm going to take my chances and assume things will settle down in the coming months with some semblance of a return to "normal".

ADM is just wrong. I don't even like MSRP, but ADM... WRONG! We'll remember those dealers when it comes time to buy a "regular" car or when the supply matches/outpaces demand.

This month is my big change for a spyder allocation, if I understand the pattern. If nothing this month, sounds like October is the next significant chance. I am way too much of an instant gratification junkie for this game (although I refuse to pay the premium for a resale with some arbitrary spec).

I completely agree! Porsche was supposedly cracking down on people speculating on rare cars and turning them around for profit... they need to also penalize dealers who are ripping off their customers! It's one thing to beg for many months for the right to spend $130K on a car, but then to be told you need to pay $20K over MSRP is just bad business.

ADM SCHMAYDM. Who cares how they get there. The question is simply, is the car worth it to you or not. I'm not against ADM, I just don't think these cars are worth anywhere near the marked up prices dealers and people are asking out there. Nor do a lot of other people it seems, as most of these cars are languishing unsold. The only cars that truly seem to be getting premiums are the 991GT2/3's and RS's and the 992 GT3 allocations, and I expect even that frenzy will peter out soon. Those premiums already seem to be sliding down based on the recent sales posted over in those forums.
Buy it or don't. Getting hung up on whether the cost shows on the sticker or a little piece of paper taped to the windshield by the dealer is kinda ridiculous. If Porsche had set the price $10k higher, would you suddenly be okay with the price?
