Thanks in advance.
I remember seeing this option before when I was fiddling with the menus. I can't remember where it is though. I think it's somewhere in the navigation software.

Yes. It's badly named but navigation mute is the right setting. It's under sound setup menu.

I have been struggeling with getting the Dynavin to show mp3 ID3 tags correctly (when playing from a sd card). I finally solved the problem. It appears that ID3 tag has to be version 2.3...
However, I am not able to get the unit to read the tags from flac files (the unit plays it fine). Anyone know if it is supported ? If so - how ?

Thx.

I just received the N6 unit from Jeff (AWESOME seller) today and will be installing it tonight. I will be installing it on my 2006 CTTS with existing OEM NAV antenna and OEM rear backup camera. All the fakra cables are ran since I has previously installed the Dynavin PC unit a year ago. Hopefully - plug and play install for me this time since everything should already be in place. I will report back soon.

Just out of curiousity, could you check the firmware version. I read somewhere that all new units comes with a firmware version 1.1.1 even though it is not released yet. The firmware version 1.1.1 should solved a lot of bugs including bad radio reception (which I have).

Thx.

I had a chance to install the N6 unit last night. All I can say is WOW!!! What a difference between this unit and the previous D99 unit. The interface is so much smoother, faster, and more intuitive. I have everything working the same as the D99 unit except for my Navigation. I needed to convert my SMA plug to blue fakra connector. Thus - I ordered from eBay last night and should receive it within the the next several weeks.

I cannot set the clock on this unit as of yet. I searched everywhere and can't seem to find where to set it. Does anyone know how I can do this? Thanks.

The clock sets automatically via GPS. You just set your time zone in settings.

You have the latest version installed (version 1.0.1). Though a version 1.1.1 should be released soon.

I've had a chance to use the Dynavin N6 unit and absolutely love it over the D9x unit. It's so much faster and smoother. The user interface is aweseome.

*** PLUG ALERT!!! ***
Jeff, with J&T Distributing, is the best to deal with if you want the best customer service for these Dynavin units.

In a 2004 Cayanne, does the brown wire with the blue connector get plugged into anywhere?

I don't see anywhere to plug it in?
