What amazes me is that the reviews state its 0-60, and the feeling of acceleration does not stop till 150 mph. Impressive. And it can do this over and over and over and over. Can't wait till it reaches the US dealerships. Porsche was smart to release the fastest trims first.

Yup, saw that this morning and added it to the first post. Haven't had a chance to watch it yet, though.

TL;DR/W - drives phenomenally, expensive, range could be longer

George Kacher Review

Very in depth in his customary loquacious, mellifluous, slightly disjointed fashion.

Sorry. Too busy/lazy to post quotes (though I'll try, but doubt it). LOL

Haha, I believe that I posted a slightly longer version of that TL;DR prior to all the reviews dropping.

I just have to say that I just got done reading the Jalopnik review. I would say read this over any other review so far. It's miles and miles ahead of the usual "recite the spec sheet for 3/4 of the article" and then talk about driving dynamics for 25%. Way better. Real review, including some real world consumption figures. And, a very frank and honest discussion regarding his brief encounter with a Model S at a Supercharger station.

Excellent, excellent review, IMO. Very detailed.

It is funny of ALL of the reviews and videos written about Porsche Taycan, this Jalopnik review is being discussed most on at least one major Tesla forum.

From Autoweek

How many journalists were flown to Germany, from car blogs to tech blogs were invited it seems.

From Automobile mag David Davis old home

I can't think of any other media outlets, but who knows, Porsche may invited Flying Magazine or Good Housekeeping to drive the car too.
