WANTED: Boxster Spyder

The Porsche Exec car was the one from Harper's Porsche and was sold prior to my search.
If you are referring to the one at Jim Ellis Porsche in Atlanta... #5190
After a month of back and forth negotiating we finally agreed on sales terms.
Only thing it was missing was the Full Leather but what attracted me to it was the following:
-Never Titled
-500 miles
-Rev Report showed zero for all ranges (1-6)
-Was used at the Porsche Hall in the 2011 LA Auto Show
-Bright Hyper Silver Wheels (only one from the factory?)
-All 3 Alcantara Packages were specced on the car (Controls, Storage, Doors)
-Show Finish
-Enclosed Shipping included Atlanta to Portland, OR
-Porsche Certified
Bonus Items which I'm happy to have:
-PSE!!!
-PCM 3
-AC
-SCPP
-Sport Shifter
I go vacation in a week and it should hopefully arrive shortly after!

Mine has the advantage over this one by:
-History (on the show circuit)
-Being a Show Car it has the Show Finish Paint option
-Not Titled
-Porsche Certified
-Alcantara (Controls, Door Armrest, Storage Lid)
-Lower Mileage
-Wheels (Cayman R Hyper Silver)... adds more contrast from the body color
To me all the above is was well worth the extra cost.
Funny thing is I had another person write me about one in Southern California...
White, Same options as mine, minus the Alcantara but had the full leather.
Only had 4k miles too. Honestly, I think I would have still went the route I did. I've been craving silver for some time now.

Donavan the only suggestion I would have is to ask the dealer to replace the door sills. Show cars often have worn sills caused by people who aren't familiar with the car hitting their shoes on entry/exit.
I am also curious about the show finish, does it include an additional polishing step at the factory to eliminate the orange peel we normally see?

Thanks for the suggestion... I'll look into both!

Cayman: Congratulations. They almost had that car sold a few weeks ago but that deal fell through at the last minute. Then another guy in Atlanta was looking at it real close but he decided to go for a 981S. I love the spec on that car and the extras you got with it (CPO and 'bright' Cayman R wheels). It is on our 'last of the Spyders' thread, so you are set!
