Has anyone retrofitted a GT3 master cylinder to a Cayman R?

Did anyone take any pictures?
Sounds like a great time. Steve, glad you made it back without any issues. Definitely keep us updated on how you like the modifications.
Ed, I'm trying to convince my wife that we need to take a vacation in late August in NorCal. Initially I mentioned pebble beach and she wasn't too thrilled with that and then I mentioned winery's and she started changing her mind. Maybe we'll make it out there.

Yes, but unfortunately only one and in Black & White. I am the guy with the white shirt and Ian is the one with the leather jacket up front. The others boys are in the background sitting on Ben's Aqua Spyder! The girl in the picture was very friendly...I think her name was Buffy!

Again, such a whirlwind we forgot to take some nice group pictures. I took a few crappy phone pics of Ken and Steve's car:
I can't get enough of the GT silver color on Steve's car. It's perfect.
Ken's massive wing
Ken, Ben, and Phil are in the background chit chatting. Ken's car up front, followed by Ben's blue spyder, Ian's CS, and Steve's CR in the back.

I brought a camera and got so immersed in everything, I forgot to even open my bag.
One thing I should note for those couldn't make it is that the cars look as good in person as they do in the pictures. Ben's Aqua Spyder is as bright and brilliant and Joe's red interior mods look as good in person as in the pics.
It was also heartening to see that the car culture in Kali isn't dead, yet.

Burning Brakes
Back to the original topic! After a couple days with the GT3 brake Master cyl. I have gotten used to it. Feels great... have forgotten what it used to feel like!

Hey guys,
It was great to see all of you and your wonderful cars out back of our shop I never thought I'd see so many unique Caymans and Boxsters in the same place.
Here are a few pics we snapped:
Great weather for a Spyder!
A wicked Cayman R
Eddie's nice Boxster S swings in for a listen to the Remus:
I wasn't expecting the crowd but Steve's car is pretty cool so it made sense
And the red Cayman S hops onto the lift for a few suspension upgrades...

Joe you should find a custom clear bra installer and have those areas behind the tires and rear flares covered in a protective wrap. I had those areas covered and it has worked out beautifully. I also had the door sill covered which was also a big plus, its difficult to get in/out of the buckets and not come in contact with the sills once in while.

Afshin, that's not my spyder with the green tape. It's Phil's (redyps). I've got clear bra in the areas you mentioned already. You can barely see the edge of my car. It's to the right of Phil's, and I'm looking at it with Ed and Ian.

Race Car
Ben brought a decibel meter, and we did a test of max noise output from 50ft away. The revs were performed in neutral and NOT under load, so levels under load at the track would likely still be different. The results were a bit surprising. From what I recall these are the numbers:
Spyder, NO PSE: 88dB
Cayman R, PSE: 88dB
Spyder, Remus: 92dB
Cayman S Tubi: 94dB
Cayman R Tubi: 96dB
Surprising that the PSE is no louder, but does sound a bit more aggressive
Surprising that my Remus hit 92dB. It doesn't sound loud to me at all. I'm sure it's not as loud as my Evo X, and my Evo X has passed sound at Laguna Seca...

I can't say how much I enjoyed Friday. Thank you, all.
BTW, the LWFW with Alex's DME is brilliant. And the flywheel could even be lighter. Unlike the RS, this LWFW feels like what a stock flywheel should feel like; there's absolutely no sense of this being 'tricky' to drive in any way.
