The Spyder / Cayman R Auction Thread

Nice, imho BAT with a very attentive/active seller in the comment section is what brings the most
along with really emphasizing lowest mileage/history/condition/pictures/videos/story. (Remus Ti is the lightest muffled exhaust for the car)
Still have the car in all the usual places like you're doing ie. PCA/RL/P9/AT etc. and have patience. Glws!

BAT is where you sell cars. PCAR and Cars and Bids are where you buy cars. That's the line, not sure if it's 100% true. I think most savvy buyers are on all sites looking for their unicorn car. On the odd occasion BAT will get the crazy "two guys with tons of money in the room" effect and a car will go bonkers.
Also, was this not the same thread where seemingly everyone was saying that Spyders and R's weren't understood by BAT and people were getting more money listing here?

This. Key is also tons of documentation and pics. Be responsive in your listing. If you post 80 pics, and don't answer comments, don't expect your car to get top dollar. Paint meter readings and a DME are a must too. Rent a durametric for $40 on eBay and buy a paint meter on Amazon for $150. You'll get thousands of additional value with these two items.

LWB, manual, radio delete, AC delete. Not necessarily easy to live with but a prime spec in the long term, imho. Looks like the wheels have been repainted.

PCA listing says "sold". Looks like a dealer is trying to flip it - listed for $80k now

It’s a stripper, zero option car.
If it had PCCB’s and the Lightweight Battery option it would be below Porsches advertised numbers.
