Auto: $75k
Manual: >$90k

Of course, above prices are for well maintained 1-2 condition. If poorly maintained with poor paint, <$50k.

At least that's what I would pay if I was looking...

I constantly see these prices thrown around but have yet to see evidence of an actual sale. If they are selling for these prices, the sales must be under the radar in private transactions IMHO.

You have a handful of them that would even be for sale over any 18 month timeline.

This is getting a bit absurd. You want top dollar you go to a high end auction.

Chuck Z's GTS sold in this ballpark a few years ago and would no doubt command more money today.

Non "high roller" auction here:
https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...l#post14270034

It didn't sell due to a reserve. A few lanes over a 200k mile VW sold for $900.

Black over tan '89 S4 auto on BaT. The black S4s tend to do well over there. This one has higher miles at 143k. Tired looking interior, missing radio and aftermarket wheels. $17k would be a strong number IMO.

I see you're 364 comments on that site and not a single bid in the history. I also see you bad mouthing several cars you never intend to buy, having fun?. The nerve of some people..

Methinks you doth . . .

I don't think GT6s' comments are that devastating. Are you the seller?

I haven't seen his comments there either. But how do you know he never has an intent to bid?

Have 2 928's that going up for sale soon. Comments like his are the reason me and many-many others stay away from that site. We call them 'professional tire kickers'. Those comments stay attached to the car and VIN indefinitely.. It is unfortunate.

So your wanting people with knowledge about the car to not share information with people that know little.
Personally GT6ixer has a good opinion and it should be considered as constructive criticism.
Maybe you should consider installing a radio, presentation goes a long way when selling a 928.
