Looks like has CPO until Feb 2018. Technically, the CPO doesn't carry over if the car is sold through a non-Porsche dealer. No issues with private sales.
Warranty stays with the VIN #, so a VERY good chance the warranty will be intact. I would just bring it in. The warranty is in the system, assuming the sellers info is accurate.
Wowza... CPO at risk of not transferring over is a big deal for me. I've seen non P dealers advertise a CPO car. I was considering pulling the trigger on a 13 C4S since it has CPO. Called the local dealer, its all about if P catches it or not. Need to build that factor into my decision making. I've had many BMW M over the years, never was aware of this.
Thanks STG for the key info for us newbie's in the market.

I had the good fortune of finding a set of like-new wide body HRE P101s today at a good price from a guy on eBay (I'm going to refinish them to another color, but a good deal nonetheless). My curiosity made me wonder if he was selling HREs what other goodies might he be selling. So I looked and found a HFS candidate perhaps? I know we've been seeing some 4S shoppers on the forums recently. Let's see what you think.
In summary, it is a 2013 C4S pretty well outfitted with 15,700 miles and an original MSRP of $131,410.00. He is asking $79k, so $52,410 under original sticker (a 40% reduction). Effectively the price has been reduced by $3.33 per mile driven.
