Here in Ontario we have an OHIP card. No out of pocket payment for medical advice. Docs have been very accessible during the pandemic to talk about Covid and the therapies.

From USA's own NIH database.
Yet, in Canada, it's a fake news as per Honourable Federal Health Minister.

There is more to this than the one peer reviewed paper you’ve posted.
Canada’s M of H is hardly alone in declining to recommend Vit D as a Covid therapy. Both Alberta and Ontario seem to agree with the Federal position.

P.S. And here is the only published controlled trial of calcifedol (D3) as a COVID-19 treatment:
https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jam...rticle/2776738
As for the original preprint study, showing that vitamin D (calcifediol, [25(OH)D3]) given to patients hospitalized with COVID-19 reduces mortality by 60%, has been met with a raft of criticism from experts who urge caution when interpreting the results. Despite being published as a preprint on January 22, The Lancet has now rejected the paper in its current form, and the authors, led by Natalia García Giralt, PhD, from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain, told Medscape Medical News that they are now responding to reviewer comments, and reanalyzing and rewriting the paper.

If the science of vaccinations is a question for you then why not discuss with your GP? A real live one. Mine was great about answering questions about how the Vax interactions with my meds.

If you don't trust a vaccine, how can you possibly trust an experimental COVID-19 drug that is primarily used against parasitic worms and head lice?
