Raj,

Everyone knows I'm not a fan of Alonso out of the car, but in the car, he has been "clearly" faster than Massa. Finn and the others are a little sensitive right now don't worry...

It pains me to say this, but the facts are at the last race, Alonso and Button hit with Alonso spinning and had to wait until everyone got by T1 before he could make his charge to the front. He caught up to Massa easily with a bad tranny (Oh so many jokes from that one line alone).

In the 2nd race of the year, Alonso was behind Massa again after the lone pit stop for each in the race there were team orders from Ferrari to not pass Massa and to "Hold Position". Alonso was clearly faster and had more tires left at the end of the race because he wasn't pushing as hard as he could.

In the first race of the year, Alonso won.

It is my opinion that Ferrari are handling Massa with kid gloves at this point due to his accident and trying to get him back to his previous pace and mental focus. If Alonso were to have passed Massa, his mental approach from that point on could have been different.

The one thing that sticks in my mind is that Alonso is definitely faster, but his equipment is breaking down as we saw with yet another engine blown in morning practice. I wonder if Massa's pace and or driving style is not better for the Ferrari package than Alonso and that is why, aside from Australia, he has had no issues.

The old "Kimi was hard on equipment" and Vettel is hard on equipment could soon come to Alonso's corner if this trend continues.

Raj,
You simply have to understand...when dealing with the multiple personalities/opinions/predictions of Sir A.Wayne, there is no other option other than strength in numbers.

major fail on the wheels coming off, hope some heads will roll. could have been much much worse.

my pic is Lewis for the win, its time, I like the kid.

Fan of Button too, also dig having some old hands in there, Mikey and Rubens, Mark, was a time when the grid was full of characters like that.

enjoy the race gang, lets hope its not a parade.

Piquet Jr?!
OK, now we definite have proof Wayne has cloned himself.
Finn , you are clueless but not as clueless as Raylene and Petal .....

Alonso has been leap and bounds ahead of Massa from day one . the last race was utter embarrassment for Massa , even his engineer had to tell him to get on with it. Alonso was faster with a car that had no gearbox ....

Now before you laugh at PK, remember he was asked to crash , what was Heikki's excuse ...

Clearly a redundant statement.

Settle down Raj, there already is one Spanish ***** in F1 circles...

Just kidding man but what I mean is let's not get too sensitive about the Rennlist F1 crap we all load on each others every now and then, we all share the same passion so we're very similar bunch of guys, we just like different drivers.

I just wish we all could one day sit down, have few beers and bull**** about F1 together.
I have absolutely no doubt even Pete & Wayne would really have good time if we did it.

P.S. I just have assumed you're Spanish (I know you're not a *****)? Or just Alonso fan?

Wayne,

if you care to read what I wrote before, you see I said Massa has been completely lost so far.
We can all see it, he's been really soft so far, hasn't had the fight he used to.
I think we both agree he lost it in his accident and having a baby might've played a part too.

So I'm sorry to say we agree, however Massa is ahead of Alonso in points and even with his pussyness haven't been completely outperformed by Alonso as he should've.

There's no doubt who will end up higher in points though and if Massa keeps sucking as he has, I don't understand why Ferrari would sign him up again but that won't be the first time they something I don't understand.

I hope she builds up quite a lead in the WDC points championship, because she is probably going to be taking 10 spot penalties towards the end of the season when she runs out of engines...

McLaren & Ferrari look better, but Red Bull still has the pace. Makes me think (without having telemetry at my fingertips like others here) that the Mercedes and Ferrari motors have a little more grunt than the Renault motor and that is why they seem closer. Unless disaster strikes though, Red Bull is looking very good for another win tomorrow.

I would assume Raj to have something other than Spanish blood.

Red Bull up front again. Watch for Webber to try and return the favour from Malaysia. Hope this doesn't end in tears at Turn 1.
