The Solstice is tough but it really does teach you to throttle steer! Feel free to join us anytime, if enough newbies want we can do a Summit Point (full) SRF race this weekend sometime. What I think we all need is practice starts, especially in the VW... well, some more than others..

For Hosted sessions anyone can join regardless of rank or license. All you need is the car and track we are running on. I may have an SRF at Summit full replay, if so i'll put it up for download so you can do a little study if you like.

I may make this a public race with no password to get more racers in, let me know if you are going to join us. Need at least 10 guys of varying speeds to make it interesting on Summit long.. Public race will draw closer to 20. Charlie - if you want some pointers from someone early on, get on closer to 12:00. I'm slow there (though I can punt my way to the top with the best of them) and would be glad to help.. If you want to learn blocking, no one is better than Vito..

Aaah - unfortunately Saturday is a no-go for me. In the shop from 12-6 (with the real cars), then dinner at 7. I think Sunday's gotta be my racing day. Even if I don't get on with you guys this weekend, I can get some practice in on my own time and hopefully get up to speed.
