I really can't understand when professional drivers do this. JPM's spoiled grapes were pretty pathetic. Unfortunately, it is who he has shown himself to be in CrashCar as well.

it just shows the difference between a true competitor and a baby, he had his chance, he even bumped into the brumos car on the banking to block them. He just pisses me off!

I'll second those seniments. I thought the 59 Brumos missed a chance to go low on the aprin on the front straight, following the 58 when Juan went high near the closing laps. Would have loved to see Juan drop another position.

You have to give credit however to his teammate Scott Pruett!! That guy is nothing but professional. I obviously don't know him and maybe he is not the stand up guy he seems to be on TV but. . .

He is always upbeat, sending out love to his family, smiling and thankful. He congratulated the Brumos team in his post race interview.

In my book he is exactly what the sport needs and presents himself and his team well!!!!!

I don't know about you but I was just so proud that Donohue could hold off Montoya and win the race. David is just such a nice, unassuming guy that you almost feel that he could be run over by egocentric ****** and lose the race in the final turn, as has happened to him before. But it didn't happen this time and David (and Darren Law and the others) get the watches. I can tell you from personal experience that Donohue is just as decent in person as he is on TV. He and Brumos deserve to win. it is funny for Montoya to say that his motor was down on power compared to Porsche when the reverse was true over the prior years and we didn't hear a word from him.

Whatever, I thought a very professional drive by Donohue, most deserving, although I was pulling for Angelelli and SunTrust.

JPM seems to subscribe to the theory that "anyone in front of me is cheating".

I found it very positive that JPM's teammates were both very gracious in their comments. Apparently they have much more character than Juan the crybaby.

JPM is a cry baby

I wanted Brumos to win
I wanted Porsche to win
I wanted JPM to win ,

So regardless who won , it was going to be a great day

As for Montoya ,
It was not a complaint , It was his answer and observation , that with no wing he still couldn't hang on the straights.....

But of course you guys are trying to ruin one of the best 24 hr races possibly ever and a fantastic drive by JPM to hang in with a 5th place car, as it was it was Montoya's effort that made this a race in the last 2 hrs ....

Cheers to Donahue and Porsche , but the BHP differences on the straights is very obvious.

I would not be surprised if Grand-am steps in for a look see....

True.

Montoya is ultra-competitive. He will not allow that he was beat, that his skills were bested - and that is what makes him great and fuels him.

I am OK w/ that. In fact, I will take a 'bad loser' like that on my team/business every time.

Good day for the Porsche's!!
