Does your cool shirt inlet pipe dribble into the cooler like this?

Just got my Cool Shirt back. Here are some photos of the new pump. Gary, is this the same blue and white one that you are still having issues with? Also, I included photo of the new maintenance additive and accompanying label. I hope this corrects the issue since my patience tends to be very limited for sending things back.

It is a fungicide to keep fungus from growing and clogging the tubes and a substance like water wetter to make everything flow better.

They sell it in 24 count boxes. So someone would have to buy 24 from Shafer and sell individually. Check with the normal suppliers like CDOC.

Thanks, Mike, I know that. My question is who sells the generic fungicide and generic wetting solution that you say is in the Cool Shirt bottles? Do you know for certain that there is fungicide and a water wetter? Thanks.

Cool Shirt says in their instructions for use to use a ALCOHOL solution through it so crap doesn't grow inside. I am pretty sure you could cycle a bleach solution every so many uses and drain thoroughly (tubes, shirt, box) and you should be fine.

Cool Shirt says to use alcohol (rubbing alcohol is ok, keep the good stuff for drinking), not bleach:
Once per month, pour one pint Isopropyl Alcohol (rubbing alcohol) in the cooling unit with the ice and water while the unit is being used. This will keep the pump, hoses and shirt lines clear of the buildup that occurs naturally in water-circulation systems. Wipe out cooling unit after each use.
