That is very cool.

Any chance of this happening in other regions or is this organized by the local regions? (if yes, I won't be holding my breath)

Yes there is a plan to do these sort of events at other venues. Patricks schedule is very full with his racing commitments. Ideally it would be great to have them in various areas prior to upcoming races there. There is for sure no quicker way to learn than from the best out there.

Ditto! Sorry I missed you last weekend at TWS. I was hanging around the Topp Racing folks and trying to stay out of their way! Glen, Richard, Jay and George all did really well.

BTW, does this mean you're trailering the Alfa up?

No, the other silver car. Fiat is too heavy for the MSR 1.7 track. Al I would do is kill a RF tire.

It is a private day so we will have the track to ourselves. We will run from 9-5 so there will be immense track time. This one will be on Tuesday 3-27 with an informal Q and A dinner Monday eve the 26th. Cost is about 500$.

That really would be great, I wonder how do they determine who get to ride with him or him with who (I'm sure the line would be miles long!)?

Hmm... JJ isn't busy at the moment (both Mikas are fairly busy), that's an very interesting thought and it doesn't sound too far fetched either.

If we can collect enough money for him to fly here and stay for few days and it fits schedule, I might be able to arrange something.

Private trackday at Sebring with JJ as a head instructor doesn't sound bad at all. How about at next year's 48 hours of Sebring?

Does Long get in cars with "students" or is it just stand-up instructing?
